This company has made me go the run around! I can list the names of all the agents that I have been in contact with for the past week and a half and my query is still not solved! Now I have to pay two service providers and on top of that they want to bill me an extra R1000 because I want to cancel something that their people are so quick to do and not listen to their customers. Milton M was quick to make sales, Tarryn O promised that a call back was log and never happened as well as Danni and enrico. Their WhatsApp line which is suppose to be so convenient does nothing but transfer you to one agent to the next. Prince S from the billing department- quick to pass you on to the next person and not give you proper answer. Busi (sales department) I am still waiting for the call from your manager which you said you logged and that was on the 27 June. Sibusiso N and Lillian R also still waiting on that call you supposedly logged to speak to a manager. All in all this company is a joke!
It has been 2 months since you have destroyed my house!!! everyday I have to call and find out what is happening with my claim. You take my installments monthly however when I claim it is a process. You send out contractors of your choosing only for them to not finish the job. Everyday I call and everyday I have to repeat the same thing over and over again!!!!
It is 24 hours and counting that I do not have any internet connection at home. You call these people and they said that they will call you back and till now no phone call. Call them again and 5:45am, as I received an email saying that my ticket has been closed and also to only be told that their PMO department does not work on weekends and open at 8am. I call back at 8:25am to have an agent tell me that they have escalated it to their manager. It is now 10:27am on a monday morning and I still do not have any internet connection and have been on chat and calling this pathetic company that they call themselves. HOW MUST ONE WORK?? My good Lord! Never In my life have I've been this upset!!! Upset is not evens the word to describe it!!! So my friend and I just "popped out of the house" for a quick second to go to the mall...so we get to thruworths N1 city and this lady by the name of "chaney (couldn't get the right spelling of her name coz her fellow colleagues didn't want to give it) so basically we looked a little scruffy..trackpants and oversized hoodies (i didn't know it was a crime to run around feeling comfy ")??? This lady shouts "POWER HOUR IN THE SALE SECTION" my word! Next thing I see everyone is around us?? Like I don't mind them watching out for thieves but the way she kept on calling it out so loud made me feel some type of way! I'm also in retail mind you ,never have we ever treated a customer like this.. so What??? You only give superior customer service to people who are dressed well? That is not CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've just received at thruworths N1 city!
It has been four days now and I still do not have any fiber. A vodacom representative has already come in and fixed my neighbors fiber line when we were experiencing the same issue at the same time.
This is the worst company ever!! It makes me wonder how the hell they have survive this long in this industry. They are the most difficult insurance people to get hold off and when you do they don't even know what they are doing!!!! My issues with this **** of a COMPANY! 1. Have an insurance with them that was taken out in 2019 and then in 2022 when I want to make changes to the policy, they cannot find my policy. 2. I told them to cancel my policy in May 2022 after this issue however they still debited my account. 3. Have a case number querying why they are still debiting my account and received no response however got a letter for a renewal of policy?!? ***? I did not know that cancelling a policy now means renewal. Get better customer service and people that actually know what they are doing!! Give me back my money and cancel my policy!!!! NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
I called their customer care line on Wednesday 12 January 2022 as I was having trouble adding a deal into my basket. I was told that there is an issue on their site and would need to log back in after an hour. I log back in after an hour and the issue was still not working. I sent an email and till today I have not had a response. I called back on Thursday 13 January 2022 as I was still having the issue and the person said that the deal is over and that there was only one deal left and that is why it was giving me an error. Due to the fact that I was given the incorrect information the day before I missed out on a deal and still not response to my email.
When you google Damascus restaurant it will show you that they open at 9am on a Sunday. I got there at 9:05am and the restaurant was closed. One of their employees was also waiting outside and I asked what time the restaurant will open and she said 10am. I then proceed to take a walk on the promenade and returned back to the establishment at 10:00 am and it was still closed. I left and came back again at 10:45 and another lady that works at the establishment said that they only opening at 12 (noon). This is beyond ridiculous. No one knows what time the establishment actually opens.
The worst customer service ever. I went to the N1 city branch on 23 November 2021, paid for the paints and have it ready for collection on 25 November 2021. I have called and driven to the store to find out where the paint is and no-one can give me an update. The manager of the store refuses to come and talk to me regarding where the paint is. I called them again at 3:30pm asking where the paint and they confirmed that it will be delivered at my residence in the next 30 min. It is now 2 hours later and still no phone, no paint and now they are not answering their telephone.
What is the purpose of your contact number if no-one is going to answer the phone? I have been on the phone 30 min and wasted my damn airtime trying to get in touch with your merchandise department! After being on hold for 30 min the thing just ends the call with no notice of a call back what-so-ever.
