After several challenges that encountered with Debonairs Kensington, I have learned today from Nelly that quantity is more important that quality. Thank you sis Nelly and I’m sure it wont matter that I wont being buying from you store. But this policy needs to change as it is not value for Money.
I would like to extend my gratitude to a consultant by the name of Sharde Boks Employee Number: 4498 After having such a battle because of *********** consultants at FoneYam Customer Service Sharde took it upon herself to resolve my claim. After my device got ****** on the 7th of December and obtaining the ITC number was very challenging especially because a cashier at PEP Jhb Cbd Fox was to lazy to pick up the phone and call in to inform them that I will be using a different SIM card in slot 1 and not the sim that came with the phone. This resulted in me being sent pillar to post but I eventually went again to police station and was assisted gracefully. Within 24hrs after sending all relevant documents, and calling in to check the progress and sms came in telling me I can collect. So thank you Sharde Boks for taking the initiative to assist me🫶🏽💞 otherwise I was never going to be helped since the consultants at phone like to make you go around in circles as if I’m bored or have plenty time on my hands. Ackermans Sandton City your service is very bad and unprofessional. You cannot work at a retail store where it’s face to face contact all the time and be a person with a lower tone voice or slow. Amanda at the Fone Yam service please quit your service is bad. We are all at work it’s not like we taking our lunch hour to come and stare at you or your store. As for Wendy Munyai please leave your moods at the entrance of the Mall and ****ty attitude.
Checkers LXX Sandton, today i felt so embarrassed and I could say so did the cashier that was assisting me at my till point. I never imagined ************** in this sense but is ok. As an Attorney I always fight for what’s right in regards to ****** and biases. Today was sad I have no problem with other races, but today I asked to withdraw money and the cashier tried to ask if the others had the amount I was looking for as he didn’t accumulate that amount as yet. They all said they didn’t have, but the someone next to me from the next till came up (White Lady)and said she would like to withdraw R2000 and the cashier said no problem. But my cashier asked if she had this amount and straight up said NO she doesn’t. Why I asked my self as I left the store humbly, why was I not assisted. I mean im wearing a Gucci Blouse with Dior Pumps and jeans. Don’t I look the part I asked myself walking pass the glass window frames. Or did she have a problem with the cashier assisting me and this was her way getting back at him. I’m so disappointed but it’s ok
This is so unfair and unprofessional, I switched from fibre to LTE because i recently moved. They came and picked up the fibre router and the wall mounted thingiii. Then the LTE router was delivered to me on the 5th of this month and I keep calling in they say the SIM needs to be activated. This is now is no 4 days and I’m sure I’ll be billed for something I never even made use off. Worse part is that I’m on the line holding continuously for no one to even answer or being sent pillar to post. So Mweb please kindly advise what should I now
On Friday I found a opsieee in my pizza that I ordered from Debonairs Pizza Kensington’s. Because it was late I knew calling and informing them about my issue would not be resolved cause it was closing time. But I dropped and email and quick response I was called by Nelly the following day. She listened and I told her what I found due to religious purpose we could NOT continue eating the food. Nelly who I think is the manager resolved the issue and matter professionally, even the driver (shame) apologised and I told him it was not his fault. Thank you Debonairs Kensington and Nelly🥰🥰🥰
It is very disappointing to find that the communication from Bedzone is so poor. I apply for credit than I have be approved but now I’m wondering if this real or my credit will be used by someone else. Cause I’ve sent all relevant documents but now I’m given the run around
Thank you to Adrian online for solving my online issue effectively and promptly. My online drama was solved and I was assisted by Zanele and Rachel from Eastgate shopping mall. Even with a little confusing my matter was resolved because of effective communication and great teamwork.. Thank you
I received my order, and wow I must say. The jeans I received are ****. And now comparing them to the in-store they are completely DIFFERENT. And I’m trying to return them to get another size or different denim but it doesn’t allow me to. So what do I do in this situation
