Hi guys, I am not happy with the delay of the FICA process. I have submitted the required docs, however, nothing has been actioned. I have tried to do it online multiple times, it's just not working.
The reference number is: 4908921NF My debt has already prescribed. To my understanding the debt had to be removed from my credit report within 30days of the prescribed debts. However it only shows as closed on the credit report. It should have been removed completely. Please resolve the matter.

I applied for a personal loan on the 30th of September 2022. Till today I haven't been provided with feedback. I applied for a home loan it was approved in 2days with nedbank homeloan. I am told it is with fraud department. Can they decide on their findings already. I want feedback today before 12pm. I am trying to understand why a flipping home loan didn't go to fraud department yet a personal loan would go.
If I could give this company a 0 I would with their pathetic service them telling me they can't come through yet my car is lower than their van I am able to drive. I had an account with Russels and it got handed over to MDC debt management. The account was settled in 2017. I have a letter saying the account was paid up. However this account still shows on the credit bureau. I need this to be cleared out so that it doesn't show.
I just received a call from SASSA at Senekal Free State from the manager. The main documents where submitted in Ladybrand at the branch there. She just called to tell me a reason and not even listen to me telling me how rude I am and so forth. I need an email where I can complain and get a quick reply. Because her telling me that she is going to reject it makes no sense. Please help. I'm in tears from the conversation.
I contacted nedbank 2weeks back to request a UI19 and salary schedule, the lady who helped me told me it would take 3-5 working days until today nothing has been given to me. I even called again last week spoke to Jucenta again said she did login a query.
