I want to put in a formal complaint with the Makro Cornubia store. I called in on Friday to complain that I had received moldy c***** Danone yogurt that my 2 year old consumed. I sent in pictures and gave my order number on onecart and makro. When I called into Makro Cornubia I spoke to Thabani who was very nonchalant about it and gave me attitude then went on to say he will get a manager to call me back in the next couple of minutes which never happened. Today I called in again and asked Thabani to please speak English because he was being very unprofessional then said "ey okahle kancane Princess". I then asked to speak to his manager Penny who didn't even hear what I had to say and asked for my number and said she would call me back. To say that I am disgusted with your customer service especially considering my child opened and ate a mouldy yogurt that I showed pictures of is an understatement!!!! I NEED SOMEONE TO ATTEND TO THIS NOW BEFORE I MAKE THIS A VERY BIG DEAL!!
I am disgusted with onecart!! I have had such poor customer service from them and kept going back and forth with them over rotten yogurt that my 2 year old had gotten a s**** of already! No accountability or even a response!
I bought 3 pizzas. One being a triple decker. The bottom part had like 3 pieces of macon after putting in a complaint. I never even got feedback from you guys. A triple decker is not cheap and for you guys to give me something like that is just appalling
I was helped by Alvina, she had a cold but was still at work giving excellent service! What a lovely lady with exceptional customer service skills!
I got debited twice for the same order and now they don't want to refund me or even answer my query!!
I am disgusted by the service!! They ignore you! You can't get through to anyone and even after I told them I want to put in a formal complaint they just ignored me!! Terrible Terrible Terrible service!!
I have paid my subscription, I have been asking for assistance with verification and getting my order and I have tried via WhatsApp, email and Facebook to no avail! I don't know what to do now!
I am truly disgusted by your service. You deactivated my mom's line yesterday when we made payment for on the 1st for the whole month. We both work from home and you are now playing with our income. When I contacted you guys yesterday I was told by a less than helpful agent the line will be connected by the end of the day and they wouldn't even let me go through to a manager. Why are you deactivating the line when service has already been paid for!!! We have both now lost 2 days of work and you have billed us for services you not even rendering!! Terrible!!
I am disgusted by the service I have received at Beares. Taking a fridge and appliances has been a nightmare from day 1! I missed a payment due to being in hospital and they sent a driver to my house and gave my neighbor my bill and advised them I had missed a payment after I had spoken to one of their consultants. Then when I called one of their useless managers Vincent in the pinetown branch he was more worried about my missed payment than them disclosing my personal affairs to a neighbor. Now they debited me once last week which was fine and then again this week and they have just taken my last funds that were meant to carry me through the month. When I called the same useless manager Vincent who chases payments, he told me to send an email and left it there! No feedback or anything! I even told them that one of my appliances stopped working and no help from them, despite that I pay for insurance monthly! What a nightmare! I guess I will need to miss another payment to get attention from them!
