You struggle to reach consultants and often make so many mistakes like putting incorrect contact details for the driver to reach you. I also don't like the fact that you don't receive a prior the delivery. So, if you are not available at the location on that day is a problem.

I have been told by a consultant that I can only withdraw via WhatsApp only which is unresponsive. No online withdrawals at this stage.
