My account is inactive since 1 year. No one can help me on WhatsApp chat inspite of many requests. They ask for the docs and no response after that. No reference number provided and call centre is always busy.
Makro online is a ****. Purchased clothes online and now they want me to go to store for an exchange or refund.

King price used to be better last year. now the claims department is charging more excess for my fridge without any assessment and the cant explain a proper reason. Claims person mentions that customer care don't know. What is the point of having an insurance that is of no use. I asked the claims consultant to escalate, still no response. Why do the company get bad reputation due to certain employees.

Worst After Sales Service. My fridge is out of warranty and keeps on switching off and on. Hirsch's charged me for the call out fee and upon investigation the charged additional amount and labor. Incorrect Reports & Quotations
Nedbank made wait 2weeks long for the garage motor stopped working after a then they rejected it blaming on the Heavy Gate working from last 3 years. The lady from Nedbank that called me gives wrong information that I've lodged a similar claim in 2018 a they informed about the Gate when I asked for the claim number she says it was in 2017 Dec not that I know of. Then when I called them back again she is busy and the other person confirmed that there was not Gate claim in 2017. Have hold onto the calls for soo long with no proper response and incorrect info. Really frustrated and Nedbank Insurance is forcing me to cancel the Policy.
