This store has terrible customer care, I bought Christmas shoes for a 11 year old ( logo Larvin ev black from Kappa Atterbury and they gave me two left shoes and now I have already transported the shoes to the kid about 500km from Pta now this store is telling its not their problem but factory problem??? I will never ever walk in to a Kappa store in my life they can't even improvise for 11 year old and she must spend Christmas without shoes ?? and their manager Saneh very rude mxm

We buy Kaizer Chiefs Jersey's from Kappa Springfield in Value Centre but we cant even personalise them by writing our names and numbers on the back because Kappa is charging us an arm an a Leg as Customers I do not feel they care about us, another thing their female Jerseys sizes are extremely small if you were Medium you must buy XL not even large

I purchased a Kappa backpack, the order was placed on the 28th January. Delivery was supposedly going to be between 3-5 days. I received an email on the 31st Jan that the package is with the Courier guy delivery company and I have not heard anthing from them even though when I track the parcel it says tge parcel was submitted. I called the courier company on the 2nd Feb and was advised by Kate that the Gerrit the supervisor says he tried calling me to ask if I had received it. I advised Kate that I had not received and she said she would relay the message to Gerrit who would call me the following day. I called again on the 3rd and I was advised that Gerrit says I SHOULD SEND AN EMAIL WITH THE IMAGE OF THE ITEM FROM KAPPA SO THE HE WOULD LOOK FOR THE PARCEL ,IF THEY DO NOT FIND THE PARCEL I WOULD NEED TO FILL IN A CLAIM FORM , how ridiculous is this. If I had known that ordering an item from Kappa would end up with me doing admin work for the Courier guy delivery company then I would have gone elsewhere.

Kappa online store they will rip you off. I bought shoe for my son, size 4 and the sent me size 3.5 and now I am trying to change the shoe they say they cannot because the 14 days period has passed. I don't think I will be buying from them ever again.

I requested a refund on the 27th sept, no response 'til today, I sent an email, no response. This is not the 1st bad service experience from Kappa, as the 1st time after running "out of stock" for something that was available when I ordered, different representative asked me for banking details giving me the run around for my money. Now they don't even bother to respond, very quick to want payment but are snails when it comes to refunds. Why put computer illiterate people to handle ONLINE store?

I placed an Oder on the 12 of December 2020 , have not received my stuff . the status changed on Friday to delivered and nothing has been received on my side .. i tried reaching out on facebook email Nothing has been done the only think there keep asking you is the Oder number then there disappear can we get the Oder or have the money bad ... worse service ever
