Poor service and very unreliable! They said my parcel is out for delivery and i waited through out the day i even tried to reach to them and they said delivery is between 8 and 5 but now they are saying one was home...which home? Why didn't the driver call me? I am really disappointed
UberEats is nonsense i just had my account debited for almost R300 and i did not place an order....this is the second time they deduct from my account without me ordering. Even on my order history those orders do not appear
Nedbank has made turned our lives into a nightmare....they just decided to red flag without verification or facts they say an account was opened and when asked for a signature or proof of that account of where it was opened and how they could not prove anything and insisted R2500 to be paid...but how do u pay for something that you don't know? Then they flagged they have never updated on anything
Mr price must just shutdown their online services since they cannot deliver. I placed an order on the 23rd december which was due on the 3rd January but to date i have not received my order and when i do a follow up customer services keeps saying they have escalated the matter and will investigate but they never revert back to me and as i read the reviews it shows that there is a problem between Mr price and courier companies which they really need to attend to we cant be suffering while we paid with our own money....I WANT MY ORDER!!! IM TIRED OF YOUR EXCUSES AND SO CALLED INVESTIGATIONS
i do not know why this MWEB still exists because they do not provide services but DEMAND payment from us.....i asked them to resolve my connection issue for months and they failed when i changed service provider since i was desperate they want me to pay but they could not assist you can't even get hold of them i regret the day i came across MWEB
I have never seen a business that does not care for their customers like Mweb. I have been complaining for almost a year now about their poor connection and nothing has been done but they debit R624 every month without failure even though the do not provide their services, i have called them counteless time and still no solution and when i want to cancel they say i must pay a penalty for something that i do not use but pay for every month.i regret the day i signed up with mweb
useless app and bad service
Mweb is such a nightmare...i can only use the wifi for an hour everyday then there's no internet through out the day yet i get debited each month without failure. Their coverage is very poor i have tried to call them but would be on the line for 30 minutes with no response I'm really paying for nothing here
Telkom protea glen has the worst service ever! I lost my contract sum card and for the past four days i have been going there to do a sim swap they tell me that they are offline or fingerprints are not working or the other 1 refers me to the other 1.... When my contract ends i never want anything to do with telkom. Some people do not value their Jobs! They are not even trying to open the system and check at least
I have been debited times and incurred unnecessary bank charges...when I tried to do a follow-up up with betterlife they keep on saying they deducted the correct amount...what about the charges that where incurred in my bank account! Even worse they do not call they just send an email. I want betterlife consultants to contact me by telephone
