Makro, shocking customer service.
Bad customer service on delivery of order. 2 items were ordered, both paid for by my Credit Card. Only 1 item arrived. The other had a comment: "order not placed . Your payment was not confirmed by the bank." I phoned today to ask for a credit of R300 to my credit card, and was told that the second item was at the courier awaiting delivery. Huh??????? I was told "order not placed". So I ordered the item elsewhere. Now I am getting 2 different orders of the same item.

Safair flight great
My flight from ORTambo to Durban was a pleasure. Safair staff were efficient and friendly. Boarding was quick and efficient. The plane left on time, so arrived on time. Disboarding also quick and efficient. Thank you Safair.

Leroy Merlin impossible to deal with.
On 7 Jan I got a quote "Quotation Request N° 214027" for R572. On 9 Jan I paid this amount to Leroy Merlin. I have heard nothing since then from them. axs I have been sick I was unable to follow this up sooner. Today I phoned them, and having given this query, I was asked to hang on for about 2 mins. After 10 mins I gave up. LM is impossibled to deal with! Plus their website has serious faults. I suppose that i have just thrown that R572 down the drain.

Shocking online service from Leroy Merlin
Shocking online service. Today it took me about 2 hours to put together an order of 4 items because of the incredible slow response time for every screen, and the strange wys certain things .like "Add to Cart" are implemented. At last I got it all ready, went to checkout and was told that "certain items cannot be delivered to this address" So I called to find out why this message? Which items could/not be delivered to me? What other address I could use to get the order delivered? The person who took the call could not answer, and said that several reports had been made back to online staff. I asked to speak to her manager, I hung on for another 10 minutes, till I ran out of minutes. I shall never try to order from Leroy Merlin again.

I placed an online order yesterday (Sunday) late afternoon, and I got it delivered at 12.45 today. Incredibly fast service.
