I would rate you zero. But what a disgrace of a company you are. I have had an prepaid SIM with the pathetic company for more than over a year once my contract ended. Funny enough I moved from their service due to the fact that I was using a number that previously belonged to someone else and was constantly receiving spam and debt collectors calling. Unknown to my knowledge last week they decided to issue my number to someone else due to the fact that I never uploaded data in the past 90 days. What happened to all the other hundreds of days which I was still utilizing this number. It was made known to them that I would still be using this number as prepaid whether I upload data or not. So unless someone had mentioned to me that they cant get hold of me I would never had known.
I strongly advise against dealing with this branch, based on my recent experience. My trade-in vehicle was listed for sale before the bank had received full settlement. As a result, one final debit order went off from my account, even though the vehicle was no longer in my possession. To date, the vehicle is still registered in my name, and the finance institution has confirmed they have not received the settlement payment. In addition, the new vehicle I purchased failed to start within the first week of ownership. It was collected for inspection, but four days have passed with no feedback or explanation provided. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. There was no welcome gift or service booklet included with the purchase—basic gestures that are standard at most reputable dealerships. I was told this is due to new management and cost-cutting measures, which only adds to the poor customer experience. Attempts to follow up have been met with unresponsiveness, as staff are frequently “in meetings” and unavailable to provide updates. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would caution others to avoid going through the same experience.
We canceled our subscription with Amazon Prime last year September and they are still deducting the subscription fee every month. We have spoken on their chat service and they acknowledged the cancelation, we have removed the account details, yet they continue with the deductions.
Your online system is completely useless when ordering repeat prescription. This the 6th time I have had issues . Your careline to this day has not resolved any of my issues. Pointless. I suggest you remove the option of ordering repeat prescriptions as you are incapable of assisting in any way.
A coca cola truck crushed my parent s vehicle whilst they were standing at a robot in a residential area. The truck driver does not have a permit to drive this vehicle. Case was reported to the police station and photos and witnesses are available.
I ordered an item and an incorrect item was sent after holding up my order for over a week. I request the item to be returned and the correct item sent. Takealot changes this to credit my account. There is no way of changing this or contacting takealot. A big disappointment bring on Amazon.
I have tried to log a claim with Bettersure to come and look at a damp issue we are having in our kitchen, basically for them to send out a plumber to do a test or to source where the issue is coming from, for the past month. Twice during the 4 weeks my logged claim has been closed, my husband was told we are not covered for this under our household cover - yet no one has come out to actually see where the issue is. There is no such thing as service. We are being told we are not covered for something which they are not even sure what the issue is, so we are getting shut down before we actually know what the problem is. How is this possible?
I would like the continuous daily calls from Homechoice yo come to an end. I constantly block these calls but yet they keep calling. I wantg my number removed from your database. What happened to the POPI act.
The worst service I have ever received. Still no refund for returned items. They don't care and just brush you off. Theft!!!!!! Courier collects the items and doesn't hand in all items and they blame you. Then give excuses that they having system errors so they can't process returns to credit card. You issue bank details but I'm still waiting. They say 7-14 days for returns to be processed. It's been more than a month and still nothing. Don't buy from them if you don't want headaches.
