I sent through a request to withdraw MY money from Old Mutual and I still haven’t received it as yet. Now they sent me a message saying they want a tax number but it’s been close to 20 days and my hasn’t been received. They took money from my account but they can’t give me my own money no man this isn’t normal it’s actually abuse.

I'm not happy with the billing of my month to month sim card. My payment date is the 15th of every month. I received my package on 08/05/2023 and only started using it the following day. So the billing cycle requires me to further pay more even though I used it for a couple of days. I'm not happy with the billing of this account. I was told by the sales consultant that I will only pay the following month. I would like to cancel my subscription and pay for the data I have used

I'm really tired of CellC taking debit orders from account. When I call them the money can't be traced. My contract has been cancelled for about 5 months now you guys still take my money. I'm a student who gets little to no money that's why i cancelled. I'm honestly in deep regret and very disappointed in the company
Good Day I'm awfully disappointed in the service I'm receiving. I was told that first time delivery is free and my order was canceled. To my knowledge I believe I should still be able to receive free delivery seeing that my first order was canceled. Can we kindly make a correction in this order as I am not happy at the moment. First of all the service we received was immaculate and the amount of privacy we received was on point. Never in my life have I received such treatment. My boyfriend and I were pleased with our experience and all this thanks to Effort (Mzamo) he did an amazing job well done to him and we'll be returning soon to celebrate my birthday in November.

Earlier last night before 20:00pm my first debit order went through this was on the 28th of February, however Standard Bank has charged me an Honoring Fee on the 1st of March this morning. I contacted Cellc and they received their payment for last month. My question is please review my account properly or I'll be forced to close the account permanently.
