I have had a very bad experience with Nedbank in South Africa. Their banking app is not up to the mark and the staff at their branches lack proper training. I opened a bank account with them, but since day one, I have faced numerous issues. On the other hand, FNB's Money app is far better than Nedbank's app and has been developed by experienced developers. Their online instant payment service is not reliable, even though I am paying for it. It takes hours and sometimes even a day for the payment to reflect in the recipient's account. In contrast, FNB and ABSA's instant payment service is much faster, usually taking no more than 10 minutes. Furthermore, when comparing the banking fees for my business account, I found that Nedbank charges a lot more compared to other banks. Their service fees are significantly higher than their competitors, making them the most expensive option in the market.
Hengelaarsvriend Holiday Resort is one of the most dirtiest place next to Roodeplaat dam. The dam is very dirty, the resort is a dirty stinking place. No dustbins, braai areas with no braai grids. Accommodation is also very dirty and be prepared to pay entrance fee of R120.00 per person. I will not recommend this place at all.
FNB is just there to steal their clients' money. A debit order was taken off my account, and there was money short on Friday night. On Saturday morning, I rectified it. On Monday morning, they return the debit order when there is enough money in the account. This is how banks steal money from their clients. Think of it this way, if banks do this with 5000 clients out of 100 000 clients, how much money do they make against R150 per client? Banks should give clients 24 hours to rectify their accounts if there is insufficient money for a debit order.
PayFlex is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Tried to join as a merchant but got absolutely no support. Dealt with Shaun Olsen, but he should not work at a company that is a service provider as he does not give any support at all, and all my e-mails get ignored.
Most useless company in Southern Africa. The customer service department stinks!! Absolutely useless! Telkom and Eskom should join forces and become "Hoekom"!!!
First National Bank is stealing. I have small debit orders going through two of my personal accounts not always on the same date. FNB can see that I have enough money in my business account but they will return these small debit orders of R195 and R475 just to earn the R110 debit order rejection fee. FNB will also not give you a chance to rectify this as these debit orders are running through the night. This morning before the debit orders were returned I rectify both the accounts and transferred money to both these accounts. Not even two minutes after this FNB send messages that these debit orders were rejected. How the heck can they do this???? I will go and close my business account as well as my two personal FNB accounts this week with FNB as they are useless.

Really Bad Service from Internet Express. I booked and paid for a package to be collected and delivered to my client. I booked it for the 1st of April, it is today the 9th of April and still, they have not collected it. We phoned twice and promises were made to collect it, and nothing has been done!!!
