If I could give zero, I would. I am writing this review to warn future customers: DO NOT trust B3 Funerals with your money or your peace of mind. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a financial and administrative nightmare characterized by theft, dishonesty, and shocking unprofessionalism. Financial Misconduct and Theft In a single billing month, B3 Funerals debited double the agreed-upon policy premium without any warning or authorization. This is not an error; it is blatant theft. My account was charged twice, and they have made absolutely no proactive effort to rectify their unauthorized withdrawal. Run-Around for Refunds and Cancellation Attempting to obtain a refund for the ********ly debited amount or cancel the policy has been an exercise in extreme frustration. The company deliberately gives clients the "run-around." I have spent an unacceptable amount of time on the phone and via email, only to be met with constant delays, excuses, and obfuscation. They make the cancellation process deliberately impossible to navigate. Gross Unprofessionalism The behavior of their call center staff is utterly unprofessional. They are clearly instructed to avoid dealing with complaints. Multiple times, employees have immediately dropped the call the moment I stated the reason for calling was a refund or a policy cancellation. This tactic is dishonest, disrespectful, and indicates a company actively trying to dodge accountability. Conclusion B3 Funerals demonstrated gross financial negligence, a complete disregard for customer agreements, and a shameful lack of basic professional courtesy. They should not be handling sensitive life policies or any client's money. This company is a *****, and I urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere immediately. They actively worsen an already sensitive situation.
I am beyond frustrated regarding the unexplained and consistent disappearance of airtime from my Vodacom account and my mother's account for the past few months. Despite not making calls or using data, our airtime balances have been depleted without any clear reason. This issue has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. We request a thorough investigation into this matter, including a detailed review of our account activity and usage logs for the past few months. We also request a refund for the airtime that has been lost due to these unexplained deductions. To resolve this issue, we expect the following: * A detailed explanation of the airtime deductions from both accounts. * A full refund of the airtime that has disappeared. * Assurance that this issue will be resolved and measures will be put in place to prevent future occurrences.
I would give them zero stars if I could! Easily the most atrocious service I have evee received. No care whatsoever in the world. I still don't have my order by the way! Their phones just ring, I was on the line for almost an hour and still nothing! Their 010 600 2323 number is pure useless, so you can't even reach them!
I placed an online delivery order about 2 weeks ago and the 7 days delivery promise is nothing but a bluff, more like 7days of customer being a headless chicken confirming the order and as to why it hasn't been dispatched for over a week! I had to call multiple times to understand what the current status (at the time) of the order was. Then there DPD courier services - would give them zero stars if I could! Easily the most atrocious service I have evee received. No care whatsoever in the world. I still don't have my order by the way! Their phones just ring, I was on the line for almost an hour on both days and it just rings. Mind you, I still don't have my order!!!
I had an amazing shopping experience at your Table Bay branch. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, the staff was beyond amazing. Highly recommended, 5 stars!
Sachin is thee worst, omw!! My furniture arrived 3 days late & I had to AirBnB myself (which was not on my budget). Sachin kept on saying I had to incur the additional costs, not them. He didn't even have an ounce of care in the world. Himself and his team had different lies/stories to tell me for each delayed day, the lies were not even slightly aligned. Delivery day was such a pain, the team arrived before sunset and Sachin said I had to pay an additional R800 and hire a bakkie. My items were even missing! Move Me SA, Biggles, Ebeneezer removals/logistics are the worst. Using this company actually costed me more since I have to replace stuff, gosh! A colleague warned me about them & I decided to give them a shot. Kevin van Rooyen is trying to get them blacklisted, I am more than happy to assist in this regard!

Not okay! I would have given them zero star if that was a possibility. Despite soooo many bad reviews, I thought of giving a try. What could go wrong beside receiving late parcels or missing items in your delivery! My parcels arrived 3 days late than what was initially agreed. No apologies, nothing. Plus, I booked during promotion period but was told that the promotion will not be applicable to me - go figure! Horrible horrible customer experience. NEVER AGAIN!
The broker (Teboho Maphela) assisted me well, all my questions were answered. He was very patient with me, exceptional service. Thanks again!
