Its the first time visiting Toureiro…. When you sit down and order a main , they give you complimentary chicken levers and buns…. When we placed our order the waiter did not even offer us…. I was told they only give this if you order a main …. I ask why do some people get this if the order pizza and Like us dont…. I was just told you can ask myanager they will tell you that they only give 1 per main …. When I told him but you can see we did not get any he that said do you want? This will be my first time and the last time ever going to this place … Please rethink before you go to them… as you will be the one not getting your compliment food
Firstly, cartrack debits your account whenever they feels like it, I did try and contact they and I was told there is nothing they can do about it…. They also added services without my consent…. After complaining about this they said sorry, but going forward it will be fixed but no refund / credit from there side for incorrect billing…. Since December I have treid to get hold of a manager , but lile always the managers are busy and will get back to you…. Cartrack has the most pathetic customer service you will ever get….dont ever take anything with they…..

Good evening, I would like to express my great disappointment in your Panarottis branch in queenswood... I am sitting within you branch now. After a long hot day and being busy at work. I took the family out to eat some pizza... So as I walk in I ordered a draft on tap.. I was told sorry but we dont have... so a normal beer is almost the same price as a draft.. My wife and my mother in law ordered the Sangria from you the 1 liter. So to my big big suprice the Sangria get poured out of the draft tap... I took a sip of the sangria and its more cold drink than wine... when I ask the waiter to please ask the manager to come and see me because I would like to know the ratio between wine and cold drink.... The manager did not even come out of the kitchen to take the time to speak to me. He told the waiter its for every 3liter of wine they put 1 liter sprit in... So we get charged R 125 for sprit as it does not even have a wine taste. This was my 3rd and my last time I will ever come to the Panarottis in queenswood. The service they offer is pathetic, every time when we come here they dont have something... one my last visit the pizza dough was not done properly. I even showed the manager, I was told its due to loadshedding.. Tbis place can close and NOW ONE WILL MISS IT... its after 19H00 and here is only about 8 people from us sitting at this branch. The manager needs to taken back for management skills... I really hope that you would forward this email to the owner of this business so He can see what his staff is up to and how his business will go down from the leak of service that they give Arthur Colby
Please dont think of going to cell c ... i have been customer for the last 10 years with them. I was involved in an armed robbery whereby they took my cellphone. I called cell c to have a sim swap dont. And they cannot help me. Because of a security question problem... the more I tell them that I cannot recall the answer to the question the more they tell me its not their problem, they cannot help me.... More like they dont want to.... Not I cannot log into my other account due to an otp pin that needs to be send to my old number.... Thank you Cell c for nothing
I have send more then 15 emails to Rain to have them contact me with regards an unauthorized debit order that was taken off my account. I have also ordered the 5G router but I am still waiting for it, If you are with Rain and you do decide to cancel your 4G sim card with them please make sure you don't have any money in your bank account because Rain will take it
I have contacted the call center regarding an error that I have pick up on my voice data. On 2 deterrent accusations I loaded 90 minutes of voice data. the first time it only last 4 days, and on the second time only 5 days. Due to the first time that my voice data run out so fast I decided to wright down every call I make including the time, I have noticed that every time someone contact me my minutes get deducted. I then send an email to Cellc to investigate this error, whereby Cellc send me an email stating that they cannot help my due to the fact that my sim card that I have been using for 8 years are not registered in my name. and I would need to find out who the sim card is registered and ask them to contact cellc for assistance, This is not the first time that cellc give me really bad service, I will be be changing my service provider, If you read this please make sure that you DO NOT go to cellc because they don't have any level of service to offer clients,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Spar in Queenswood at Queens corner I am really disappointed with Spar in Queenswood. I went there today the 24 April 2020 to buy food, but before I did I went and look at your specials on your website. I then noticed that your Spar brand T/Tissue 1 ply Mini 18 rolls was advertised at R 29.99. So I went to spar to go and buy this item, when I got to the till the price was R 39.99 the manager was called and he refused to give the items to me for this price I even showed him the photo I have taken on my cellphone, He told me that this spar is privately owned and he will not give me the tissues at the R29.99 priced that’s was advertised on the catalog This makes me highly frustrated to see that a produce gets advertised on Spar catalogs but when you got to the store you get told that the special is not at them as they are privately owned Spar, NOW what’s the deference if it privately owned or not. Is the shop name not SPAR ?? I have spent over R 1000 at Spar in Queenswood today. I will no longer buy at spar in queenswood they have lose me and my family as a customer This is fails adverti*****t on Spar side Yours faithfully, Arthur Colby
I contacted Teljoy sometime back regarding one of their rent-to-own appliances that went faulty. I did not receive the best service from there service department, but I got hold of Diana Morais, she is the executive PA to the CEO. I must say that she has given my the best service possible, and if it was not for Diana Morais, my problem may still have been there.
