I have placed an order on the 1st of March 2026 for collection at their store in Sky City, their website says it takes 5 to 7 days, today is day 9 and I have still not heard from them, when I called last week Wednesday they told me the store will receive stock on Monday, the day has ended and still nothing, I made a follow up on their WhatsApp and I was informed that stock only comes once a week so if I have ordered after the stock was sent I will therefore get my order the following week I should wait 10 days, when. I questioned them if theye never delivered stock last week because the order was placed on weekend, I got no respond and when I ask why their website says 5 to 7 days if I have to wait 10 more days, they did not respond at all. When you call their line it says they don't take calls , I should send a WhatsApp and when I send a WhatsApp I get AI generated replys.
I bought a hisense double door fridge at Makro on the 21st of December 2024 and from then until now, I have called hisense about three times now to repair this fridge amd each time they come the fridge problem becomes worse instead of being fixed and the fridge it's now even a year old. The last call they took about 2 - 3 weeks before they could attend to my query and the problem is beyond worse now, I tried to call their customer care AGAIN for the 100th time and their line was bad even their technicians are just ***********, im so tired of this , because this is a water and ice dispenser fridge worth R26 000 and im experiencing so many problems with a year, hisense should just exchange this fridge all together, I'm tired of all this up and down their technicians is doing at my house.
Actually if there was a Zero on the ratings that's what I would rate them because even a one feels too much. The worst travel agent ever, I paid for convenience and flight tickets for a trip to Capetown and they failed to book return tickets on time and told us that flights are fully booked and we must take a taxi. A total scam. Their communication has been bad from their get go we should have know theree and then that it's a scam.
I was charged R604 for a service fee after I upgraded my contract. I have two contracts with MTN and mtn can't account for that amount instead they are taking me from pillar to post. I called MTN they sent me to summer mobile I called summer mobile they referred me back to MTN no one is assisting all this time I'm using my airtime and hold for hours only to get zero assistance. I was not even informed about this service fee beforehand.
Ok Furniture has the worst and incompetent service. So I went to Ok Furniture in Chris Hani Vosloorus, got there at exactly 10h50, I wanted to buy the hisense combo deal that is on special which they said they have in stock yesterday when I called however when I got there they couldn't find it on their system but they failed to give me a way forward because I showed them the catalogue that is on their website I ended up calling customer care after they couldn't help me after an hour only then was I assisted after everything they told me the TV is at another branch which is 5kms away so it's coming shortly with a driver who is already at that branch I wanted to pick it up myself but they told me to wait because the driver is on his way so I didn't mind waiting because 5kms is really not a long distance I waited from 12h00 after paying for the Combo until 14h00 when they were closing without getting any feedback of what is delaying the driver or a mere apology and an update after I waited for so long I requested to see the manager who didn't have a solution as well but continue to tell me the same thing they told me 2hours ago that the driver is on his way when I requested him to call the driver only then was I told that the TV they have at that branch is not the same as the one I bought, they don't have that one in stock. Even after spending three hours at Ok Furniture I came back without the TV and wasted money for the transport I hired.
Old Mutual is so incompetent. All the time you make changes to your policy they drag their feet with making the changes then turn around and make it seem like your fault. This is the second time this happens, I made changes to my policy well in advanced they failed to make those changes and when they finally made the changes they were different from our contractual agreement. I changed my payment date and payment method however they failed to deduct on our contractual date then called me to say I missed payment whereas they are the ones who decided to make a late debit. I would never recommend old mutual to anyone really.
I have received excellent service from MiWay Insurance. They have reduced my monthly car insurance premiums by a large amount even though I have relocated to a high risk area.
I have received a great service at MiWay with regards to the reduction of my monthly premiums.
I have been getting the worst service from Telkom. Earlier in the year I took a contract for a router but when the router was delivered it was not a pocket router therefore I returned it and cancelled the contract within the stipulated time for cancellation and I was informed my contract was cancelled however I have been billed since then for a router I return and the billing is way more than what I would have paid on monthly basis if I did not cancel the contract I'm paying for a router that I'm not even using. I have been calling Telkom but they keep saying they will come back to me but never do. The last time they said the matter is handed over to their finance department but the debit orders still continue on my account. I would like assistance atleast from their head office then.
I would like to express my greatest dissatisfaction with Aramex South Africa. I courier something on Monday The 26/11/2018 from Kimberley to Katlehong Gauteng. I tracked it on Tuesday and I was informed it has been been delivered to the Johannesburg Aramex and will be delivered to the address the next day, when I called the next day they informed that it has been handed to a third party that they use for deliveries and should reach the address before the close of business that day and should it not be delivered I should contact them the following day. I contacted them on Thursday but they told me that they can't track the parcel with the same tracking number i have been using and from there i have been taken from pillar to post. the consultants in JHB are giving attitude and not helping at all they keep saying they will get back to me but they don't. It has been five days and my parcel has still not reached its destination and I can't even track it now. Kindly assist
