terrible service from this isp, "escalation" is just a word they use and don't really action it. and i suspect they blocked me from whats app support, as i'm trying to contact them from the morning till the time of this post. but no luck
Firstly i would like to let you know, that you guys are the most useless fibre operator out there, from the installation till activating my fibre....absolutely useless.... Secondly, your do false advertising, i signed up for the 50mbps deal, ur deal states that if i sign up with an approved isp on the metro fibre network that i will qualify for the 400mbps promotional speeds.... my chosen isp is webafrica....which is approved by you guys I have been activated on wednesday, till now i have not received the promotional speeds I have contacted support soooooooo mannnnnnnnny times for this, no one seems to know about the promotion or can't help me with it..... Please WAKE UP and dont rob customers with false advertising
My sister purchased a GHD max from the online store around December 2022, it stopped working recently, she contacted the dischem customer care centre, they advised her to take the GHD to the nearest dischem store. today we went to the cornubia branch, i dealt with Preston the store manager, he advised that they can't help me when anything. and i must contact GHD or take the faulty unit to them for assessment, i asked him if they can contact them on our behalf, he advised that faulty units got nothing to do with Dischem and its the customers responsibility to make contact to GHD. We purchased this hair straighter from Dischem and now we must run around to try and get it fix? so all appliances that we buy from here, when it gets faulty we must run around contacting the brand repairs?, thats nonsense, dischem is going down hill, i hope this review reaches many so they can see how you have to run around when appliances goes faulty...
Capitec has been harassing me for over a year now, they keep phoning me and asking for someone else, i keep telling them that they got the wrong number....and you can block their numbers, they still get through to you....and also im getting flooded with sms for someone elses account, im fed up...
Purchased a ultralink bluetooth headset, few months ago, only started using it from last month as its for gym used, the housing or handle snapped, or broke....i spoke to the store manager : Shellina Govender, she advised me that this is physical damage and i need to pay for a assessment and the repairs for the headset, the headset is still under warranty, why i must i pay for an assessment of the unit or repairs, they told me that many people brought in faulty headsets and the supplier refused to replace or repair it..... we shouldnt be supporting these smaller stores like hifi corp, they are robbing customers, stick with game, i had many items which were replaced or refunded, no hassle from Game
worse ISP out there, from 8 this morning i'm trying to get assistance, there is not tech support agents available. and call gets cut.
One of the worse isps you can get, alot of down times, 5hrs longer or more, my first outage was 5 days.... they dont keep customers updated on progress. I dont recommend them
Jack's tyres Jacob's... Excellent service I recieved... I was assisted by Megan... They didn't have stock of my Tyre... Megan placed and order and got it the same day and the Tyre was 20percent cheapest than all other places... I went the next day and got it fitted and balanced and aligned in 15minites... Great service.

This is my second telkom mobile contract. I have a problem with the network. When people call me or if I call them, I can't hear them properly over the phone and they can't hear me. Most of the telkom users experience this. Thanks
