Bought corn still with in sell by date but the corn was mouldy .eventhough I took it back the management apologized and refunded me .I dissatisfied by the fact that I have to constantly take food items back to the store because of food quality and I advised its a huge inconvenience ever since the opening of checkers in the area I have been taking food items back because the food is spoilt . I mean for a huge brand like checkers to keep on having this issue is unexpectable .its not about just a refund and an apology anymore as its becoming a norm .very disappointed.
I am saddened to say that KFC has lost the plot when it comes to Customer service nor food quality and I say this from a bad experience again today at musgrave I had mold in my mini loaf had to take it back it turned out more than one crate had mold he brought anew crate and that too had a problem he took it to the manager and the manage was busy with the meeting she just looked at me then continued when I found a mini loaf with no mold I told the gentleman who was helping me that im disappointed that the manager didnt even come and acknowledge my problem she then came over and when I said if I get sick im coming back for her she said I rather you not take it ill give your R15 back and you can go buy roll from checkers ,as if one experience wasn't enough I go to the malvern KFC had to wait 20 minutes intended drive through when we get to order the lady took the coke order wrong when we asked took them another 10 mins to argue the coke issue and no food when the food was given the chips was cold burger cold when we asked for a manager took him so long asked the lady where he was she shouted and said he's busy getting your order when. He arrives he says sorry my husband asked him sorry all yourl are is sorry what do url do about the issue because it hasn't changed that kfc always gets the order wrong as if that wasn't enough when we get home the mash and gravy is oliy and tastes burnt ,the chicken is moist and slimy iso of crispy the burger bun is crumy and sogie I dont even know what to say anymore I have attached pictures of the mold and mash and gravy and burger . Sent to complaints 4 times and the mail box is full .absolutely pathetic I thought it was just once but clear mot and previous complaints they called herd me very friendly lady but my complaint was closed saying they will deal internally eventhough my vouchers expired when I called to enquire what happens to my vouchers due the the inefficiency of thier kiosks I was told they can't do anything and then I got an email saying thank you for accepting our apology which I never did I rep**** to say I didnt accept they ignored me and now once again im in the same situation of poor service. Unacceptable behavior from such a reputable company mind you I also complained previously that we are charged for tomatoes sauce if we dont purchase chips with our meal and being asked for tissue back if we took more than 1
Sent an email to customer service in june to state that the steve madden bag that i purchased has a a defect and its not even a year yet and it already defective .repsonse from customer care is that sorry we cannot assist you due to it being past 6 months so my question should your products only be lasting 6 months sinceyour policy is past 6 months cannot assist defective products The was supposed to get back to me and that waz 21st july .it is now 22nd august and no feedback . I find it very disgusting that a name like steve madden doesnt pride itself on quality but they do take a fortune from us but not willing to assist with issues
Purchased tv online on the 22 November 2023 the TV came delivered the next day ,however my lounge cabinet was too small so I couldn't use the TV had discarded packing because o didn't think the TV would have an issue but I then decided to put the TV on 3 weeks later only to find that the TV has a water mark on it i hadn't set this TV up just put it on .called through game the said they would send me an email I never received the email had to call back still didn't receive the email only for my husband to call and then finally got the mail I sent the details through and then I got a call from Ruqaiyah on Tuesday who asked the relevant questions she then said she needs to escalate to the supplier and get back to me she then called me on Wednesday to let me know that the supplier had come back to say that because it is out of the 7 day return time they cannot refund me and because it seems to be self inflicted damage my warranty is also null and void so I said that's ridiculous how can I damage my own TV she said she only trying to help but if they need to test I would to pay the call out fee so I said irrespective if the 7 day period has expired the comes with warranty and how can be null and void without checking it and also I had to her that when the item was delivered it wa snot tested on premises so how can they be sure the item was functioning also I then was told she would escalate and get back to me so she send a email stating she cannot help any further due to the fact that the 7 day period has expired . hope this email finds you well. Store like game they make billions and they still can ******* customers who purchase items in good faith that game is a big brand and should pride itself on quality well clearly quality and customer care isn't their moto and just making a sale is more important shame on you game I hope you happy knowing that your brand is going down due to simple customer services isn't yourls priority anymore and what I can see from other reviews I'm not the only one

I have paid my absa loan in January an dhave been requesting a paid up letter from nompumelelo for months and everytime I call I get told it will be forwarded or it will take 7 days or the waiting for the bank to generate the paid up letter it's the most pathetic service I every recieved they need to learn some people and service skill they are so unprofessional when they speak to maybe they should hire qualified people
Mbd recently sent random sms notifications to my wife and my work colleagues and clients of mine notifying them that my credit card has been handed over together with the card number and a link to access my information ,so during the course of the day I received numerous calls from these colleagues and clients stating that they have got this message when MBD was contacted the kind lady gave me the attorney who was handling this case so I had emailed her to my amazement she responded saying she refers to my query and they couldnt get hold of me so they pulled those numbers from various itc listings of mine so I'm concerned of how that could be because itc listings lists your colleagues you clients you work with aswell as my wifes colleagues that's new and after questioning MBD further I now recieve no responses ,and we receive return mails stating the mail has been read but no response ,I wonder how a collection agency has on what grounds to do random messages without verification that a number belongs to you and with our friend POPIA now in play what grounds or ruling do they have to do so they have no answers for me as I want to know what itc listings they using or is that all a lie for illegally getting information and doing as they please they have shared my financial information with random people and caused enbras*****t to me without even an apology just that provide us correct information for you and then go silent with out an explanation as to how they have done what they have I find it disgusting and unethical to be practicing your business In such a underhanded way shame on you and trust me when i say this isnt going to end her just like you have disgraced me i will be putting this up on every platform i cant find to make sure everyone know the kind of business yourl run
I have never in my years of having takeout had such disgusting service and horrible pethic experience on the 24th /11/18 I've been to Nino's GATEWAY and the lovely waiter assisted me and I had awesome service I was advised accordingly and decided to go back this past week 1st/12/18 and to my disgust I had a waitress who was new and didn't know things however we proceeded with ordering we had noticed that the menu has been changed and the manager to escorted us to our seat had said that they no longer serve pork all well and good we still was happy we order our meal ,my dad had asked the waitress how many slices of toast comes with the breakfast as he wanted to order more but the waitress said no u get two slices just like the menu states which states"2rashers of bacon (hallal restaurant) 2slice of toast and 2eggs " we ordered our meal as we waiting my fiance had asked the waitress for the price of onion rings and calamari ,she goes off and says onion rings are R15 and calamari R35 all well and good ordered them as well ,I order a chicken alfredo pasta with macorini as we waiting for our order few mins later out good arrives and to our amazement the breakfast has a small piece of Macon ,one scrambled egg and one slice of toast cut in half made it look like 2 ,my pasta arrives and I get spaghetti and pizza comes with out the add on pam****an or chilli I had called questioned the waitress she had a disgusting attitude and then we said yo her we would pay for the coffee and chips we had and we aren't happy with our food as this isn't what the menu states and we've been here before and this isn't what we get the waitress says she was on time and we have to pay for the food we asked for the manager , manager comes sorry you have to pay for the food cuz it was on time,my dad argued the point that what we've seen on the menu isn't wat we got he says he can't change the whole menu just for one item as it's the festive season and what is in the menu isn't exactly what you get as it's just and adverti*****t (clearly he does not know what the rules of advertising is as a consumer I have a right to get wat you the service provider advertised) any way he changed my pasta and brought chilli but no parmeasan as they out of stock then our onion rings and calamari onion rings came and both manager and waitress said we will bring the calamari only to find mind later they don't serve calamari (how on Earth the got the price is beyond me) the last straw was that we had chipped bowls and chipped glasses which we where given to drink from at any given moment we could of ingested the glass fragments and when should to the waitress she says sorry and she says she only gets wat the kitchen gives her we asked isn't it her responsibility to check before she serves but no she says sorry we had asked if we had ingested glass all u can say is sorry we died she laughed . I HAVE BEEN SO DISGUSTED BEFORE WITH SUCH SERVICE INCOMPETENCY AND MANAGEMENT SO DISGUSTFUL I WILL NEVER GO BACK YO NINOS GATEWAY NOR REFER ANY ONE TO THE STORE I USED TO ENJOY NINOS NOW NEVER AGAIN ???
