I cannot express the displeasure I am getting from this gym company 1 upon signing up for the gym I was advised this is a 6 month gym contract I was advised by the agent that if I cancel the contract I'll be charged a months gym fee at most two months I have spoken to the company several times trying to rectify this and they are not coming to the party I asked the consultant to explain the terms and he told me 1 or two months so why are they trying take more than the advise
I am actually upset about the level of professionalism in the contact center, while i do understand that there is POPIA to abide by I believe there a manner to communicate that firstly, the agents in my opinion do not follow clear instructions, yes i called on behalf of my parent and for someone that was previously authorised to speak on the account to go through the rigorous process again really wasted my time that's point 1 point two the agent was not as helpful as i would expect someone in the call center to be although she had told me she needs to speak to my parent first the authority was meant to be reconfirmed on that phone call, we didn't ask for the statement to look at it but to discuss she simply stated i was asked to send the statement not patient as she should be until i confirmed i have everything I need when I asked what she discussed with my parent none of what was required initially was communicated to my parent I asked to speak to a manager again I was simply looped back into the queue and the agent was not to be found on the floor
I cannot stress how dissatisfied I am with this company I logged a claim last week todate no contact I followed up on email I was advised to fill a form that I filled on the app I called the business line cuts no one calls back wgst nonsense is this ???
i cannot express how frustrated with how things are explained with this company and this is really disappointing So i have a device on both my vehicles and as per their request i called to test my device so, they could pinpoint where the vehicle is etc. which is a thumbs up however i cannot download my log etc. it appears it there's some JSON file missing i was then advised the unit needs a repair, the repair costs 600+- rand so my issue is they have lifetime warranty on the device however the warranty is limited for 12 months (to me that's a very contradictory statement) i have never paid for a repair and i feel the terms weren't adequately explained and i need this sorted
We have recently called standbank to increase our repayment amount for our homeloan, what a mess it turned out to be So long story short we called to increase the repayment amount starting end of September, the agent cancelled the debit order When o realized the debit order didn't go through ( be the account is in arrears sms) I called to find out what's going on the agent hung up Called again to arrange either a debit order or a transfer I was advised it was set up only for it not to be I had to make this arrangement 3 times before being successful
Takealot delivered an incomplete fridge the it is currently leaning on one side as the one leg is missing, i have sent feedback advising we have bought grocceries and i cannot use the fridge in its current state as they wont accept a return once i use it
Builders warehouse Rivonia I am writing to you as I currently have not received any assistance regarding an issue that occurred on Tuesday the 22/07/2024 I came to the store bright and early in the morning to purchase 2 20 paint sabie dune to be exact - after paying for the paint, I left it on site so my employees and commence with the painting - later that afternoon upon arriving on site it's when it dawned on me that the paint colour was not correct - we then returned the paint and the Managers confirmed that the colour was incorrect and I was refunded for the paint My issue here is that I needed to pay the laborers twice to do the same job based on the error of the paint - the was a lot of inconvenience in this process builders referred me to a duram Rep and to date there has been no contact whatsoever I have called and went to the store on more than three occasions looking for the actual store manager to sort this thing and I have not found any joy to this date

I cannot stress how disappointed I am with the pies from shop I had a steak and kidney pie but this was completely rotten now I must drive back to them waste my fuel and time to return the goods
To be honest I do not know where to start with this after hours service it's actually uses less if the agents do not Want to assist in any manner for a service I pay for I'm disappointed and because the agents aren't really helpful - Kagiso was really disrespectful and didn't seem to care
