Last week I purchased a 5G contract with router and SIM online. I then received my order 1-14112902110 on Friday 4 Feb 2022. I switched the router on and my device showed connected with no internet. I called 135 and spoke to a consultant who told me that I should go RICA the SIM card.at the MTN store. Went to RICA same day. When I came back home still connected with no internet. Phoned MTN again on Saturday they advised that the card may not be activated and that I should call the activation department however they were closed on the weekend. On Monday 7 Feb called activation dep they informed me that the SIM was active. Whole of Monday and Tuesday calling MTN and was pushed from pillar to post. First trying to set up the settings for the ZTE router many times and no one being able to help. Finally I was told that there was no coverage in my area! I had confirmed my address with the sales lady and she didn't bother to even check the coverage! Anyway the agent says I must go to the nearest store to hand the router in and ask for a ref number so that I can phone cancelation dep to cancel. Go to Clearwater mall and was told that I should go to 14th Ave to hand in the router. By this time I have driven out my petrol twice and had been messed around. I had knee surgery and it is not a joke as it is painful for me to walk in the shopping center. I then phoned cancelation dep again 9 Feb to ask if someone can come fetch the router as it is difficult for me to walk. Amanda the agent that helped me said that she would call me after her lunch break and when I called back after 14h00 the agents were telling me that the system was down and couldn't help me. I am frustrated and no petrol I would just like to cancel the contract within the 10 day period so that I am not billed for internet that I don't have. Went to Strijdom Park VW on Monday 31 January to take my card for a service. They informed me that my service information would be stored digitally on system however when I checked with Cresta VW today there is no such information on system. Rudy worked on my car and assured me that all my service information would be stored on system. My aircon and brakes also not working Rudy said I will need a quote to fix. I find it strange that they didn't fix any of these things on my car as I have a 5 year motor plan. An oil change is not a service? Also all the petrol in my car used. Had no petrol o the way home. Wild falcon Spur is dirty and there is a funny smell. The slides / trampoline and video games all broken. I don't feel that the place is sanitized enough. It needs a serious revamp!
My Telkom LTE unlimited internet connection is faulty. I am working from home and the connection is so bad I cannot even attend an MS Team's meeting. My husband is a call center agent working from home and his connection is cutting all the time. We are struggling to work like this and this could get us into serious trouble at work. We might even need to go back to the office meaning that I will pay almost R900 a month for nothing! I did phone customer care serviced recently and they advised that they would send a technician to my house to see what the problem is but nothing. Please We need help I need to know should I buy a new router or what is the problem. Please this is making our lives even more complicated then what it is already. The stress is way too much We need assistance Immediately today!
Just found out that ADT is charging me more because I called them more than 4 times this month. I have recently been robbed and they are constantly trying to break in. The entire street (May street Cresta) has ADT yet all of us have been robbed over the past few months. On 19 August when I was robbed an ADT car was spotted nearby. Was he asleep or is he in on the robbery? No one ever told me I am only allowed to press the button 4 times a month. My grandchildren also press the button by accident. ADT wants to sell me beams. Went to the zoo with my 3 year old what a nightmare it was to get in. long lines in the hot sun. Can we not have a separate line for people with babies? Little children don't understand why they have to stand in a line. The zoo itself inside is in immaculate condition and the animals are happy and well taken care of. I won't be coming again though because of the long line that I had to wait in and the man that took my temperature said that I am making him mad because I didn't remember what the temperature was when I had to write it down.

I canceled my contract with vodacom many months ago everytime they confirmed that my contract was canceled as it had now run its course. Now I receive a bill for R700! This is severe lack of service and I will not be held liable for this debt when I have contacted Vodcom numerous times and it was confirmed with me that the contract is canceled. I sent my mother to buy dog beds from your store and the man at the store was very rude and unhelpful. Cashier was Ryan and he was so rude even though I am supporting the store.
