This place sells rotten things and because of the distance it's highly likely you will return the produce for a fresh food market a insect and rotten fruit is sure discusting
These people have the worst service and their in app communication with clients for assistance is ******* 6 days later still no response
This rental agent is ****** and has very bad customer service. In 2025 its a pity that a company that works with people is still ****** Bedfordview isn't just for white people go to America since Trump is calling you guys
If it was possible for me to rate a service provider -0 that would be the score. Today the unit above mine flooded into my unit as I stay on the ground floor at 11h30 in the morning I called the agent who deals with Kosmos Villas of the issue and she just with no care said she will contact the maintenance guy to assist about 20 minutes later the water from the above unit was coming through so many cracks in the slate it was a nightmare my other question was how was this place built and approved and water comes through the walls anywho I kept calling Huurkor and the maintenance guy to assist as the tenant above is not home eventually the maintenance guy told me how to shut the water valve to stop the water. But by then my unit was already flooded and the electricity tripped from the water that went into one electrical socket in the light bulb. I sat waiting for assistance from them all day they never came at some point Huurkor even stopped answering my calls its 18h21 still no one has come. We then got our own guy out around 4pm to come help us get power which I know we won't even be reimbursed for at this point it was clear that they were not bothered. The guy who caused the incident was remorseful and sent ladies to come clean for us and try sort out all the water but still no electricity and no response to my calls or emails from them. These same people are very poor with maintenance generally when you ask for assistance I have cases where I logged for assistance and months later still no help but try make rent short apart from getting crazy penalty fees charged to you they will switch off your lights and water so fast before you can even blink. They funny part is when you start the journey with them they are so nice and understanding to everything then few months later they will show you who they really are *********** and very rude people who care nothing about tenants but the rental amount only! Whatever you do avoid getting into a contract with Huurkor they are very bad and don't give a damn about clients and client care! Appalled at how rude these people are and how they just don't give a rats ass about people!
I have never seen a medical aid with such bad service I have called these people over and over again for assistance with my meds from Pharmacy Direct and they keep lying and saying they have liaised with the Pharmacy and my meds are coming and this is my first time using the service today my meds finish and guess what apart from rude call centre agents that are not even well informed on their product I still don't have my medication I regret leaving Discovery for these guys they not worth it as soon as I can I will be leaving them they so disorganized they leave you with costs for services they paid partial fees towards I never had such issues with Discovery but Bonitas is the pits I tell you I'm appauled by these guys you take premiums monthly but fail dearly to deliver a service for medication that doesn't even amount to R150 shame!

Wow I have never had such horrible service from a dealership before and the worst part is im not even visiting for the 1st time ive been trying to deal with 1 problem for over 3 weeks now and still no help... Really not pleased with your service
I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct I called in to register a SASRIA claim and was so fortunate to speak to a lady with WORLD CLASS customer service.. cause my last encounter when sitting at a dealers floor a month ago talking n shouting with an agent over 2 hours to cover your BRAND NEW vehicle but as an exsisting client left SUCH a bitter taste in my mouth i was actually going to cancel cover month end as i did get better services elsewhere but my encounter with this lovely lady from claims gave me reason to reconsider my approach from dialing was already FIGHT because of the TYPE of service i got in the past but she changed all that she didnt just give me great service she actually retained me mentally as a Prime client she told me i can only rate her 5 stars i told her I WANNA RATE YOU 50000 STARS thank you for doing 2 peoples work in 1 call you truley took my time of fraustration and made it a time where i had peace of mind just by simple things YOUR TONE n Your empathy simple things that any agent can do only IF they love what they do Prime Meridian needs more people like you xoxo I FORGOT YOUR NAME MY LADY N I FEEL SOOO BAD CAUSE I JUST WANTED TO WRITE YOUR NAME EVERYWHERE!!! Im so annoyed and upset i bought a smokey dunked burger and 4 duncked wings at 12:37 october 5th and i was not given a smokey burger or a dunked burger instead they gave me a fillet dunked in mrs ***** chutney im very disappointed its not the 1st time they ruin my order or give me the wrong food just cause its at night
