ref ****378 I was recently invited by Go Go Getaway to seasonal spa for a presentation on their products and benefits , i was asked to bring a partner or a friend . I tagged along with a sister of mine . The presentation was done by Priscilla from Go Go Getaway , We informed Priscilla we were about to take a trip with 4 our friends to haartebee****rt dam , we gave her the dates we will be traveling on and she displayed on her system that on those dates if we book at seasonal spa golf and spa we would save R15 000.00 by taking up membership with Go Go getaway . We were impressed that our booking for 6 of us to stay for 4 nights would only cost us R3 300.00 plus . We proceeded to take up membership , when we booked at seasonal spa we were charged R9 500.00 plus when we asked about our 80% discount we were informed it's already app**** . When i asked for proof of the breakdown i was just given a random number with no substatiated proof . My sister and I felt ****med , misled to take up membership , the discount they promise does not exist . I don't even want to continue membership with them .
I bought insurance cover with Auto and General , the mistake of my life , I am not kept updated . After receiving an ambigious email that they are finalising my claim , when i called was asked for my driver's number , which i had given when i lodged a claim 3 weeks ago . I Followed up 6 days ago , my email remains unanswered . When i called in was told the advisor will contact , i'm still waiting .This is disappoiting to say the least
My internet has been down since yesterday. Support has no interest in assisting me . I was informed this morning that the issue has been sorted ,only to find it's not . When you report the issue with support, they leave you ,no update none whatsoever. I informed them I need to do my work but there's no sense of urgency on their side .
bought a motorbike from yourselves in March 2025 which was delivered on the 12th of Aprill . I was assisted by Shanon and on my instruction I request a sale of a bike ,bracket and delivery . I paid R30200 and I learned upon delivery that he included a box which I never asked . I informed him that I bought my own box ,he needs to take back the box and then refund me the money for the box . It's been promises ever since ,I was told to expect the refund thus morning ,no money is in my account . I informed Shanon that I need this money for the weekend as I'm traveling . I'm appalled by the way I'm being treated by Zeemans . I had planned to buy a second bike you are definitely not getting my business . I need this refund ASAP.
Their service is really poor ,I've worked for the company for 9 years ,I'm waiting for my funds since December. They keep asking for the same documents that was sent previously. I have unhappy, creditors and no funds in my bank account . I need this to be resolved ASAP, we require that ROT to be sent first thing tomorrow morning or even tonight if you . This matter needs your urgent attention.
I'm really frustrated with this company, there is no service delivery at all . They were supposed to come and check my meter yesterday they failed to do so . I've been without water since yesterday, I needed to be in the office at 07;00 am ,I have not had the indication of what time will the technician be coming in .
I bought tokens on the bank app , they seem to be invalid. I have been calling Lesira since yesterday for a resolution to no avail . I sent a what's app message ,message has been read but no response.I HAVE NO WATER SINCE YESTERDAY.
I have been a customer for FNB for time now ,and I've always regarded this bank as the best bank in SA ,until recently. My experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I app**** for a re-advance on my home loan ,I was informed by Ryan Bernice twice that it's approved and they are processing funds . I informed my contractors to continue with the work . After being told they processing funds ,they demanded a lease agreement on my primary property or else they will decline my application. Does that even make sense. I was informed two weeks ago that they will revert with the verdict to date I'm still waiting I'm highly disappointed and appalled by their treatment.
I submitted a claim on the 16th of March to the insurer. All the documents have been submitted, I am not even receiving a call with an update. Last week I asked to speak to a manager, I was kept on hold for a long .My worry is my security is compromised, whist the insurer takes its own time to finalize my claim
