What an useless company. You hardly ever het get the line you pay for, and when something goes wrong it seems there is no way to contact them anymore. So you just have to accept that you have horrible Internet and herotel doesn't care.
I went to build it Outeniqua this morning to order roof sheets that I saw on their Facebook page on special, only to get the worst service ever being told that it's not at their store I saw wrong, and being told after I showed the post that I'm still wrong and it's not their Facebook page. I've been to Outeniqua build it 3 times and every time the service has gotten worse. I'll never in my life set foot in a build it again.
I bough a faulty saw from cash converters online, I've sent it back on the 11th of February already. I've followed up on the 17th of February, I got an email saying The store confirmed that they have received the item back. We have forwarded the email to the web shop department so they can proceed with the refund. I've sent an email yet again today 19 February for an update and nothing.
Had an amazing chat with the owner, who said because of the rain water I have they cannot give me a warranty on a geyser and thus not sell me one. Honestly like this is rare.
Useless geysers... Packs up after 2 and a half years and no help to get it resolved
1 star is too much. They deserve less. More than a week to deliver half a parcel from Cape town to George... No man
The absolute worst service I have come across... Parcel was sent out wrong, sent back to the warehouse 9 days ago, and never did the effort to send it out again after empty promises.
Absolute worst service I've ever received from a South African company. Order was split in 2, the one was sent back to the warehouse because it was dispatched wrong, hasn't been booked out again. Other one is somewhere... Was told it will be delivered friday. Nothing, was told Sunday... Nothing....
I ordered alcohol from them before the booze ban, it was on its way with other stuff included. Got an email all if it is refunded and sent back... Very unprofessional... And another order seems to be missing, last known details is that it left the facility, no one can tell me where the parcel is. Takealot has really dropped the ball on service. Wont be using them again.
I placed an order on 7 December. Today 18 December the order is still being processed. I cannot believe it takes this long to process an order. Its a gift for my mother in law, but the chance I'll be able to get to her for Christmas is becoming very slim. I've sent emails and all I grt is a generic response.
