I recently purchased a pack of Simba Nik Naks (Chutney flavor) from Cosave in Pretoria West, and I have encountered a concerning issue. Upon opening the pack, I noticed that there were no spices added at all, which is unusual for this flavor. It seems like it may be an error in the packaging, as I was expecting the vibrant taste associated with Nik Naks. I have attached photos for your reference. We moved houses in November 2023 and when we unpacked the last things. ive noticed that the Switch Consol was not there. i contacted teljoy and did the Affidavit. and now the claim has been rejected because i needed to do it within 48 hours of it getting lost. i state again i did not know it was gone until everything was unpacked Upset about this!

Ordered on the 12th of Oktober. Now today the tell me my order has be Ordered. 2nd Time this happend! Teljoy is lying for People just to close orders. Palesa is the worst sales agent for them 2nd time i have trouble with here! Wish they would look into this! And the the "Templates" they use area also FALSE!!!! STOP using templates or just do the work! "Your delivery is with our warehouse and is scheduled to take place"

Useless!! I called to update my banking detail well before debit order needed to go off! Now my account is in collection and i cant update my banking details before going into the store!! I dont recommend this useless server company Take care!!!
