KFC Heidelberg very very slow. Stood in drive thru for 1 hour for only few cars in front of us. Just to get there and tell us. That they not taking any bank cards.
WCA paid the claim out. A very big thank you to Kwanele B specifically for being on top of things and updating us on the progess of the claim. He kept on working on the claim and never gave up. Thanks again
I ordered a projector that was on special for R776 original price R2000. Then the projector arrived. It looked completely differant. We went on the website and checked this one they sent us. And the specs were of lower quality in everyway with any notification. And we saw they had put a sticker bar code on the box so the product matches. Then I requested them to give the correct product that I ordered. Because when I checked the website again, the projector is still there, but now at R850. Then I got an email saying there is no stock... Then I replied saying that I saw the projector on website. And i need that specific projector for a reason. Then the lady replied saying they can check to replace but it might take a few days. Now I get email saying no stock refund. But product been advertised. Highly unacceptable that incorrect cheaper product given without any notification. Then just saying no stock, just taking the easy option to tell the customer no stock.
Had a previous review about Game in Heidelberg Mall, where there is no staff to be seen in July and again just after "black Friday" we walked in Game no staff to be seen to help so we walked out. Then in December holidays, we were wanting to buy a PS4 game, but staff needs to get the game from storeroom, no staff at all after waiting 20 min, we decided to go pay for it then they can help us by the till. We then get to the till explained to the lady that there was no staff at the back, so she rings up the rest of the goodies at the till, and talks to her friend while we wait for her to help, then pay the goods and tells us to go to front desk. After waiting again for help we had to go again to back of the store, struggling for another 20min to be helped. Very bad service.
Husband had IOD February 2018, Got COID support to help, but no monies received still. Always need to ask for update and sometimes when they do reply its always a case of, why you asking for updates. we understand that its not always in their control, but at least an email or call out of their own giving an update would be nice. Then still telling us to go the labour centre to give documents, then why did we pay for a service? Also telling us the WCA online system is offline, so why cant they go in person?
The service was great. The food was tasty and portions perfect. The music was nice. Just a bit cramped up between tables. Prices are worth it.
Tellers are way too slow. Wait for over 10 min to serve customer with few goods with cash.
Prices not always on products. Those scanner machienes not working. Staff no where to be seen. Walked past a staff member and she was standing by shelf and just listening to music and playing with phone.
Would to thank fnb (claim department), for wonderful service, helpful and putting customers first. My husband had an injury on duty and had a personal loan to pay. For over a year being unable to work. FNB helped us so many ways. Best bank ever!!!!!!
Vanilla Tech is really awesome. I enquired for internet at a few places, Vanilla is the only one who did effort to assist. Internet is really fast and never buffers, only if there is a massive storm. They are always friendly and helpful. Value for money for sure.
