POOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE APPARENTLY TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT TAKES A MONTH BUSINESS BANKER TOO BUSY TO ASSIST , SPECIALIST CASE MANAGER ALSO NOT REACHABLE , ABSA HAS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE THE SERVICE IS AWFUL , I HAVE BEEN GIVING THEM A REF NO.AND NO ASSISTANCE
utter dissapointed and appalled by the service , how long does it take to open a business account??? this has been happening since the 12th March taken from pillar to post with no resolution
They lost my airfryer in transit and only credited R250 don't know what you expect me to do with that amount as it won't purchase the airfryer and no one has gotten back to me Horrible service
Utter disgusted with how this bank operates , the double deduct your account and tell you will get the refund on the 14th what bull****...I definitely do not recommend them to anyone....I'm closing this account immediately

These people are ****** they debit your account where you have an agreement for when to debit the account anyone who is trying to do business with them don't do it
I'm utterly disappointed in their client service department the service is disgusting I have been waiting for more than a week for my money and to this day still have not received it. I would not recommend them at all
