I am unhappy that cash Crusaders north Cape Mall sold my item a Proline laptop which I'm still paying off when I put it for colleteral. I took out a loan with your branch store Kimberley North Cape Mall in May 15, 2025 and I have been paying the contract extension every month on the 15th, June, July, and August all on the 15th. Last month I received the sms link for extension on 12th September 2025 and when I tried to click and pay, I was unable, it gave an error. I then I informed the store via the whatsapp now which I was then given the number to call as they indicated it's the Kimberley New Park Branch. I then called the North Cape Mall where I took the loan and spoke to Godwon who issued me the loan in May and I was given the store FNB account number to make payment and I made an immediate payment on the 15th, which was my fourth extension and today when I wanted to pay off the loan I'm told my loan expired and item is sold and Godwin indicated via call that he will refund me my R115 for interest of a laptop I'm still paying off and still left with under two years. It's ***** and a ****, he is indicating that they don't know who they sold the item to, if it's in Cape town or Durban. It's unacceptable, I want my laptop back, it's still being paid for, I don't want your interest as I have paid it every month.
I paid for my Restonic Bazaruto Queen Bed on the 30/09/2024 at Sleepmasters Kimberley branch in Kim-Park. The bed was delivered on the 4/09/2024, on the first night I immediately noticed and felt that this bed surely can't be a new bed worth R6K as it felt worn out, when I slept on it I sank inside, then I started to change sides every single day, and as the days went by my hip, back and shoulders started to experience pain from the uncomfortable state my body was in, zero spinal alignment. My old bed sleeps much better then your supposedly new bed, there was no zooming into the mattress as deep as I feel now with this poor quality bed. So on the 30/09/2024 I inboxed Sleepmasters with the complain to have the mattress changed as the sagging was now worse, I mean the mattress was not returning to it's original state when I'm not sleeping on it. The branch asked me for pictures and I sent them to log the complaint. This morning 03/10/2024 Restonic asked for the pictures and just after 18:00 I received a response that the sagging is not 4cm deep and the mattress won't be replaced, I must just rotate it. I mean this is an inflatable bed, regardless which side I sleep in, it's sagging, and how on earth do you measure sagging on a picture, besides, the sagging of bed it was poor quality from the start, rotating it won't help as I am changing sides everyday which I did mention in my complaint. I am so unhappy and livid at the state of this bed, and this is within a month of sleeping on it. The audacity from your company to tell me it won't be replaced. Please refund me my money back if you don't want to replace this nonsense of a bed, I will deliver it to the Kimberley store, there is absolutely no way I will go buy a new bed to replace this one because you do not want to replace it, I refuse to sleep any day longer on this poor bed, I'd rather sleep on my couch as it's of better quality then this hole of a bed. You do not deserve this one star rating, a negative best suits you. If it's drama you want restonic, then I will certainly give it to you in hundred folds.
I placed an order with Dot Made on the 1st of September 2024 and today it's the 4th September 2024 yet they have not packed nor dispatched my order, it's still processing. They keep on sending me repeated messages to update my Postnet address which I have done twice yet my order is still processing. This is very appalling customer service. If you wanted to place an order with them, please don't waste your time and money, the company has zero sense of urgency and always late with their deliveries, just bad customer service all round. Won't be doing any business with them.
I had a loan with Mpowa and I settled the account via Ozow option and I woke up to a debit order from Mpowa for the same amount. I called their office at exactly 7am, selected option 3 and was rudely assisted by a rude gentleman, whom I didn't even catch his name. I wanted to enquire as to why the debit order went off, when will they rectify their mistake and when will they refund me, all those were not answered as he hanged up, mind you I am the one who called due to their *****ulent transaction as they now double pad themselves and now I have to wait until God know when for my money to be paid back into my account.
I purchased Cadbury slabs for myself and family members fruit and nut flavour, quite disappointed that the chocolate was powdery as if it was expired, however it was within shelf life but the quality was very very poor. There is a metalic after taste and a powder like flour that lingers on your mouth. It was like an old chocolate, with grated chocolate powder and very very dry. Due to the poor Capitec system that is forever offline month end, I decided to switch banks so I don't get locked out of my salary especially when needed. Nedbank was recommended to me and I downloaded the app and opened the account, scheduled delivery for at home/work as I am a professional Nurse at a local clinic, we always close late so making it to the bank was mission impossible and having it delivered would have been very convenient. Biggest mistake and regret of my entire life. Delivery was scheduled and agreed upon with CCD Couriers for 4 March 2024. On the morning the driver called at 07:56 and told me his car broke, can I not go fetch the card by new park he will suggest a meet up point!!! If I could go fetch it at New park where the branch is actually I would have requested for that in the first place. He then tells me with attitude since I cannot meet him there I shouldn't expect my card now but by 16:00, we close late so I didn't have an issue. He later calls 15:42 telling me his stuck in Phutanang and he will make it before end of day. I waited until 17:20 and left for home. The next day I received the call from CCD Couriers to schedule a delivery for the next Monday 11 March 2024 after speaking to a Nedbank consultant over Facebook, it's now 17:48 and I'm still sitting without a card. The frustrating part is that I had to transfer money back to my old Capitec account to pay my WiFi as I didn't have a card, I couldn't schedule a debit order as it kept declining due to an inactive card. Yoh, like I'm so so drained, worse my salary will be paid into this account as it's already captured via Persal and It can't be reversed. I messaged the Nedbank team again on Facebook and the only message I received now is that they have escalated the matter again to the service team without a date and time, I am so defeated. Opening a Nedbank account has to be the worst decision of my entire life.
I went to collect my online order at identity CBD Kimberley. There is no sign as to where to queue and both customers were being attended to at the till, meaning there was no one in the queue besides myself. So this this lady, assuming she is the manager rudely dismisses me to stand on the other side, like if there was a queue sign or an arrow or something I would have stood there but there is blatantly nothing, how then are we supposed to know where to stand. Next I collect my order and the plastic is huge and extremely dirty, so I ask the gentleman on the till (No Name Tag) if I can purchase a plastic to put this dirt I'm being given into it, he relies that the store does not sell plastics. The other gentleman next to him also without a name tag then responds that give the customer the plastic as you he also saw what I saw. So he then turn around to ask the rude Manager if I can have a plastic, she blatantly said No. I ask myself, at Truworths when you purchase online you get the store plastic to put in the items and at other stores if you don't get it for free you can purchase it, which is what I wanted to buy the damn plastic. I took the **** you game me and left the store and went to Markham next door to purchase a plastic. I get home, as the items were purchased for my brother don't fit, now I honestly don't want to go back to your store as the same level of poor customer service and rudeness I can also dish it back. So can I be provided with your shipping address so I can return your damn things. Never ever will I purchase online or step into an identity store. Such ********** service from staff to manager, disgusting!!!!!!
Good Day Vumatel I am very livid. I sent a WhatsApp message on Friday requesting the pole to be moved into our yard, we the only paying recipients on the vumatel using that pole. The pole was installed in our back neighbours yard and their fence wall was now build into our yard because the pole was in the way. So your installers arrived on Friday and told us because they rushing to Bloem they will come on Saturday morning to move the pole. They didn't pitch yesterday and only came today with another gentleman. They arrived just after 13:30 and sighed in our yard, went to the neighbours yard and came back to close the hole. We asked them what is the issue? They now told us they will not move it because what if the other people want to install fibre from the other three household? Like what the hell, we are your paying customers, not people you hope will take fibre with you. If those people wanted to install fibre they would have done so. Now this is what is going to happen, the fence wall is now an L in our yard because of the damn pole. Tomorrow we are going to the municipality, for the people to fix the wall that pole has to be moved that is what your idiotic installers didn't fathom. Vumatel it's either you move the damn pole into our yard, or you come and take your damn installation. If not, then we will be finding people to remove the damn thing and I will not be paying or taking any subscription with you. You either move it, remove it completely and I take fibre with another company or I get someone to remove it. You are not going to make our life difficult. If by end of business day tomorrow that pole is not moved or removed I will be finding someone to do it. They were here on Friday and did not have an issue, now the third man arrives and now there is an issue.....
I bought a silver shockproof case for Samsung A24..... on arrival i was already unhappy as the cover was not hard but soft plastic. A week ago my phone fell which is the reason why i bought the case for it to orotect my phone. The case diamanted. The sliddiing camera case was always poor on arrivalz when you open it, it closes itself, so i would have to remove the case to take pictures. Ao i returned the damn thing as its within the 6 months of warranty only for Lerato P, to indicate to me they wont replace the item and they woulld be sending me the damn thing back. "Unfortunately, your return has been declined due to specific criteria not being met in line with our Returns Policy. -Item is user damage which leads to warranty void We will arrange for this item to be returned to you." What is the point of having warranty when you going to sell poor phone cases, what is the essence of buying a phone case? I mean i bought a case at incredible connections for my A12, i have lost count of the times my phone fell, but the vase is still intact and strong, durable and without a scratch. Takealot, you sell poor quality items and when people demand them to be replaced under warranty you refuse. Never again will i buy from you, i have bought so many items, never again.
On Friday I went to Checkers Liquor New Park to purchase alcohol for the weekend. On Saturday I had three Red Square Energizing Blue and drank the rest on Sunday. My mom asked for one, as she was busy drinking , she indicates to me that did I see it's written electric blue. As I come closer to read, I see the expiry date 24/05/2023 08H36, Was I not fuming with rage. Just for these past two months I have consumed more than a case of Electric blue Red Square, some bought from Checkers online some bought physically at the Checkers store New Park, Kimberley. The whole time I have been consuming expired stock. It is sickening Checkers that you have been selling stock that is expired for almost five months now. I have also lodged a complaint with the consumer ombudsman, to think I would just thousands a month on your store and I might have consumed more expired stock. You ought to hang your head in shame.
