Complaint 7160737NF has been closed, but outcome still not explained, nothing has been done to compensate or apologise for our efforts.
Title: *****ulent FNB Fusion Account Still Listed – Nearly 2 Years No Resolution I am lodging a complaint against First National Bank regarding a *****ulent Fusion Account (63023692767) listed on my credit profile. I have never opened any account with FNB and have never even visited a branch. Since 2024 I have been engaging Vhumphries@fnb.co.za and consultants Onkarabile, Mplilie and Penele. I was informed the matter was resolved on 15 August 2025, yet the account still reflects on the credit bureau. This ongoing inaction has severely affected my credit standing and livelihood. I have spent significant time and effort following up on a matter that should have been resolved immediately. I demand immediate removal of the account from all credit bureaus, written confirmation of resolution, a formal explanation, and appropriate compensation for the prejudice, stress and time lost due to FNB’s negligence. Good day I currently having a very difficult time dealing with MBD ink , I have had a credit card debt that was around R45 000 that has been settled Yet on the TransUnion report MBD claims that I still owe them R500, I have called many times to ask if I can settle this R500 so we can all move on with our lives , The representatives at MBD say that there is nothing to settle and have sent me a paid up letter Now I am sitting with a situation where I am unable to do anything about the situation, I am unable to pay as I don’t have an outstanding balance and the R500 still remains the same on my credit report…. Yet no one is doing nothing about I feel very powerless
We bought a pack of 6 Magnum ice creams from our local Pic n Pay When we got home there was frost in the magnum ice creams We contacted Ola and someone sent a voucher to replace the pack, when we got to Pick ‘n Pay the voucher was not working Between Ola and Pick ‘n Pay I am sitting with inedible ice cream and a voucher that doesn’t work
I have recently subscribed to a virtual package with the organisation, I have only been able to watch TV for 1 day yet the full months subscription was pulled Since Tuesday the 19 of August till Tuesday the 26th the service has not worked I spoke to a lady by Valacia Mkhatshwa who took ages to help with no solution or options , no timelines or turnaround times Apparently my escalation number is 129166522
Wonderful lady helped me But they never communicate if you don’t call and flow up on a claim , they always make sure they pay as little as possible on the workshop quotation I am always left with the bulk of the payment
We recently bought leather couches from Coricraft Vaal, a few weeks later we received a call about the product and our general experience My wife expressed some few problems that we had , subsequently she decided to go see the sales lady who sold us the product, she was then told (by the sales lady) that the problems we are experiencing are because of her WEIGHT She was taken aback and very disturbed by this statement and told the lady that she could have told her before we bought the couches that they have a weight limit (She only weighs 76 kg by the way ) but this is besides the point… my wife has been very upset since the incident and refuses to use the couches that we bought a month ago In this day and age I am astound by the sales lady choice of words I mean the couches where R50 000
About two years ago I was doing shopping at my local Pick N Pay when the store manager singled me out and had my items checked, they found that nothing was wrong and we all moved on with our lives About 2months later while I’m doing my shopping with my fiancée she makes some very uncomfortable remarks and I brush it off So now I thinks it has all passed , A month ago I go to the same store where I do my daily shopping as it is right next to my house, the same manage has a security guard check my trolley against my slip once more nothing was found to be the problem. A week later I go back to the store and she tells me that some items might not have been paid from my trolley I tell her that that’s impossible because my trolley was checked She says she has footage or proof and I should come back to talk to her bosses once she has her evidence put together (her bosses will decide what to do with me as if I am a ********) so I go back a couple of days later and one of her “bosses” says she heard of the incident and would like to talk to me So I say most definitely let’s get this out of the way as I heard the would be evidence of some sort But no she doesn’t have any I write this because now I drive an extra 14km to and fro my to the next Pick n Pay because of fear of being harassed This is the Boulevard Pick n Pay in Vanderbijlpark I grew up all my life next to The big Pick n Pay Hyper in Bedworthpark and it has always been my brand of choice
We have a big problem with your MVIA department They are so disorganised, I have been waiting for a vehicle repair claim to be paid for 3 weeks now , I am sitting at the workshop and no1 that I call knows weather it will be paid or not I have called through for 3 weeks and non of the departments are willing to engage with eachother to get the matter resolved I was told that there are no mangers available since it’s December
I have three policies with this organization, I have been waiting for a overheating engine claim payment for the past three weeks No mangers are available to help or so I’m told , I have emailed claims, customer care and the payments department… no1 seems to care , no1 is willing to find out what’s happening from the other departments … I am told that all mangers are on leave and I will get feedback whenever My car is sitting with the workshop and we have followed the claim process but still no confirmation
