The food was good, and our waiter provided excellent service - friendly and attentive throughout. However, the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant left a lot to be desired and unfortunately ruined the experience. The restaurant was extremely cold.!!!There were no gas heaters or warm air from the air conditioning system to provide any comfort. It honestly felt like we were sitting outside in the middle of winter. Our pizza turned cold almost immediately, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. This was, without a doubt, one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've had. If the owner is serious about customer retention and improving the experience, something needs to be done about the indoor temperature and comfort. Warm, welcoming ambiance matters just as much as food and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, the potential is there, but the environment needs major attention.
I’m absolutely disgusted with Vodacom’s fiber service. I’ve been trying to get my fiber deal sorted since 16th January, and here we are with no resolution! I’ve spoken to almost the entire call center, yet every single agent tells me that only Siyabonga can assist me. What kind of system is this where one person is solely responsible, and he never even bothered to follow up after our initial call? Apparently, no one else can help me, which I think is absolute *******! I also spoke to Ntando, who promised to call me back but never did, and yesterday Adena dropped the call on my ear. This level of service is pathetic. If this is not resolved by today, cancel my application. I’ll take my money to a company that actually values its customers.
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had the worst experience with MiWay this morning. This was my first interaction with them since switching over, and it was beyond disappointing. I called at 8 AM to request roadside assistance for a flat tire. The service agents were rude and showed no concern whatsoever. I kept receiving messages about different people supposedly coming to assist, but no one showed up. It took three whole hours to finally get help. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from an insurer. I’m beyond frustrated and would never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, your peace of mind, and your safety. MiWay clearly lacks both good service and the capacity to deliver.
It's 11:17PM and I still haven't received my night medication. Iv been admitted at Life Brenthurst since Tuesday and the staff has been very helpful and friendly up to today. What's sad is that's it's the sister in command that's lagging and has a bad attitude. Sister Angel. I asked about my meds and she responded in a very irrited manner and tone, telling me that the doctor changed my script hence I hadn't received my meds. This is something that happens more than once I'm sure and her simply advising and informing me what the held up was could have been much better than the stinking attitude she gave me. She acted as if my asking was such a huge inconvenience to her. What's more sad is receiving such treatment from someone in her ranking you wonder what her subordinates are learning. She didn't even apologize when the meds came! Dissaponted.
I had a pre-approved loan on my FNB banking which led me to bid for a car at an auction knowing I can access those funds to reach the bid amount. After winning the bid, I went on the app and filled out the details, on the last step I got logged out. Now when I log back in it's gone and I am getting rejected. I am now left stranded with a commitment to pay an amount I don't have. Failure to pay this in the next 24 hours I will incur charges of over R20K and lose the car. I'm crushed. I have tried family and friends and no luck but this system glitch has completely ruined my finances. Please help?
Red flag!!! Yesterday I called discovery insure client care to inquire about my policy I first spoke to Christelle-before we even spoke about the cover I asked him to please call me back on my cell, of which he agreed to. To my surprise he literally missed called me. I called in again spoke Kgothatso, I also asked her to please call me back as I was calling on my work phone, ofwhich she pleasantly agreed to. I'm still waiting for a callback till today, if client care consultants are this inconsistent, what will happen when I claim?? I am literally shopping around! This is really unsatisfactory, I was looking forward to a long standing relationship with Discovery insure but no more. I can not stay if all they will be good for is debitting my premiums. I'm disappointed really.
This is the worst housing company in JHB. The Greatermans Building is the worst to stay in. The building is filthy, rubbish on corridors and staircases literally look like dumping sites. Corridors are stuffy due to lack of ventilation and the place being over crowded. Up until this day im questioning the safety of this building. One of the units burned down last year no alarm went off to alarm the residents if the fire -doesn't even have smoke detectors or even sprinklers for that matter. Worst Customer service on earth!! they are crooks!! They don't respect the customers right to provide them with a copy of their own lease agreement,, when you move out they charge u for their incapability to provide excellent service especially to loyal & well paying clients. I'm absolutely disgusted and ****ed off. They are charging me for damages that were there prior to me taking occupancy of the apartment, they were not even professional. I received a lousy sms saying I'm owing R1700 for paint job and broken sink which was to be charged on the previous tenant. Upon receiving this lousy sms i checked my emails hoping to atleast to get some formal communication explaining the charges imposed on me, there was nothing. I resorted to calling them to find out what i was being charged for. A day after this I get an sms saying my Acc is handed to debtors which followed up with a phone call. I explained the situation and i managed to successfully dispute this and had the charges evoked and now suddenly out of the blue im owing R2950 because of terms and conditions stipulated in my lease which until this day i still have not seen, where i was promised that it would be generated and sent to me. When i told them that i did not receive it up until, they said i had to follow up, even now after i moved out about 3months ago still haven't received. If you want peace of if mind, a safe home away from home with no alarming health and safety harzards. STAY FAR AWAY FROM AFCO.!RATES ARE CHEAP BUT IT'S NOT WORTH LOSING YOUR LIFE OR HAVE YOUR CREDIT MESSED UP BECAUSE OF THEIR INCONSISTENCIES. I'VE LEARNED THE HARD WAY, THEIR RATES ARE CHEAP AND SO IS THEIR SERVICE . IT'S NOT WORTH IT. If i could give them no stars at all i would they don't even deserve 1star..Thank me later
