My first mail was sent on the 19th of June 2024 and there has been no progress on my claim, I have phoned numeros times and the update stays the same. After two weeks the response I get is that Momentum is still waiting for the employer after I send the docs that were signed from the employer on the last contributions made on the 20th of June 2024. I phoned and it was confirmed that the info was received. How is it that my claim is still on Stage 1? Surely there must be some sort of progress? i must say that i am not a happy client/member at all! Momentum whatsapp service is useless. There is so many complaints about Momentum I am so so disappointed

My Experience with skynet was extremely poor. STILL NO DELIVERY from the Rustenburg branch. After numerous phone calls and emails promising that my parcel was out for delivery I still have not received my parcel. Tara.
I went under debt review in March 2023, they received the communication from the debt review company. Its been 12 months and an amount of R27394.90 has been deducted from my payslip. They don not care what the law says. I send them a email this morning, wating for the response but they will not answer like i have seen in other reviews. I will be contacting the Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers if the deductions continue.

Made a deposit and have been waiting an hour for the "live chat" to get an answer as to why the deposit is not reflecting
I first rushed my wife here and then after three hours she was send home with a antibiotics...... the same day she had to be admitted to hospital where she was in for almost two weeks. They did no test at all, just gave her a broad spectrum antibiotic?? Now I am here with my 6year old and if you do not ask about progress or how long they will not tell you. They do not care
No commitment on fixing the issue of my connection at all. The manager of Evotel phoned me and promised that there technicians will be at my house to fix the problem. There is no body that came out, no communication from Evotel and still no connection at all! This is extremely poor service from such a company!! All I got is a bucket full of empty promises! I would really like to hear from Evotel on what there excuse is on why they did not pitch or even informed me that they are not coming. I have been complaining about the connection from Friday the 18th and here we are on the 21st......this is by far the worst service I have ever received!
No communication from them once they have received payment. the order was placed more then a month ago and still no feedback from them. I gave them a call this morning and the answer like every single time you phone them was useless. i have never seem a company operate this way. wow i am so disappointed. lets see if this time something positive will happen......
