Steers Lorraine "Stock" issues
Steers Lorraine in Port Elizabeth,has boards and ads advertising a special including shishebo and pap,but when you order the pap,the staff either sulk,because its cleary an effort to make,or today I was told it's "finished".The lady at the till had to ask the lady in the kitchen if they could do pap and shishebo,and I could see she wasn't going to make it.How do you run out of tomatoes and onions and pap,when there are two supermarkets next door?The staff are just doing their own thing and the owner is clearly oblivious.Also a queue on a Sunday with one staff member fiddling on the till singing to the stores music,one helping another with a till 'issue',so only one till operational,and at snails pace.

Divorce Decree demanded, even though original identity document provided.
Called TFG customer services to request a surname change as I am divorced and have my physical identity document reflecting my surname and was told I need to provide my divorce decree. My divorce decree has nothing to do with TFG. If I was a new customer and walked in with my ID document they told me they would open an account for me. I told a lady by the name of Stacy that nobody else, wants my divorce decree as it's a personal document, I was told:"We are not anybody else". I would like to be contacted as this is utter nonsense. I then spoke to Deneel who didn't want to give the ops managers e mail address as it is a Sunday........ So TFG Regards themselves above Home Affairs and my original ID document and wants a divorce decree.... And staff who don't want to give their own surnames because it's personal info lol... They changed their tube quickly on that one when I told them they want my personal. Divorce decree but can't give me their surnames???

No Krushers on weekend
KFC Lorraine, Kabega and Sherwood do not have Krushers available this weekend. Not a isolated incident.

KFC No Krushers
How is it possible that every KFC in Gqeberha does not have Oreo Krushers available on weekends. Today, Sunday 11.04 Lorraine, Walker Drive and Walmer all sold out and no effort will be made to re-stock. This is not a isolated occurrence, it is the norm. Also when you order off Mr D, they reflect as being available, but when you have placed your order you get a call to say sorry sold out. It really something which needs to be addressed with these stores becuase there is clearly an issue.

Poor customer service
Placed an order via Uber Eats at KFC 17 Quarter, Walmer Gqeberha-order accepted, and payment deducted a few minutes before 9pm.Was later phone to say they don't have stock, no apologies was told to call Uber Eats. Very unhelpful.

LACK OF AFTER SALES SERVICE TROJAN
We bought a Trojan treadmill a few weeks ago which is faulty. We have contacted the Trojan call centre on numerous occasions and keep receiving empty promises of call out and telephone calls, despite have ref numbers etc. The after sales service is non existant. I seriously regret having bought their product. The latest excuse received is that their call centre agents are working from home.....

LACK OF AFTER SALES SERVICE
Shocking service experienced from Trojan, brand new treadmill purchased and is faulty and absolutely no after sales service whatsoever. Numerous, follow ups done. Nobody is interested in assisting. I have great regrets about purchasing their product. My dealings have been ridiculously frustrating. Latest excuse is that the call center agents, are working from home???? Does that mean you don't need to worry about servicing your clients.

Disgusting experience at Burger King Lorraine Drive-thru!!!
Disgustingly slow service at Burger King Lorraine Port Elizabeth, at the drive thru,this past weekend.Saddest of all is that nobody cares.The staff are oblivious to the queue at the drive thru and have no s**** in dealing with complaints. FRANCHISOR/FRANCHISEE PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS AT THE STORE,SURELY YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS BEING RUN!!! This is not an isolated incident and I have requested that the owner contact me,but to no avail.This is despite "head office" making all sorts of assurances in this regard.Note to "head office call centre" don't contact customers regarding these complaints if you are unable or unwilling to to do anything about it.What exactly is your purpose??????? Burger King Lorraine for a new store with so much competition in the area,ie the new KFC opening across the road and an existing well established Steers on your doorstep, you should be perhaps pay more attention to your customer service and efficiency!!!
