I have contacted the call center twice to date and my problem has not been rectified. This is poor service from Ster-Kinekor. To whom it may concern, My wife and myself visited the Ster-kinekor theatre at the Watercrest mall in Hillcrest. Date – 16 December 2025. My wife initially paid the bill for the relevant Combo. The amount paid was R134.90. She was advised that payment did not reflect and was not approved. I proceeded to make payment. The amount paid was R134.90. The next day it was noted that payment was made from both accounts. A re-imbur*****t of R134.90 needs to be made. Card numbers – 1. 490136……7052 2. 410586……5277
I have a major concern, I am paying for my parents package for a ling time, I am on the full package, approx R1100 per month, I believe that users who are on the compact package are getting the full package for a period of time, they are not paying for this, This is a major shortcoming from multichoice and it seems at though a good history is doing my parents in! I need feedback regarding this unfair treatment.
Failure to reach my private banker, I have tried reaching out to my private banker and she is not available, I am failing to see any benefit in her being my private banker, please address and reassign an alternate private banker as a matter of urgency.

I am really disappointed with the Steve Madden and management at the pavilion store. I have received a Steve Madden gift. I visited the store to request if the gift can be refunded. I was told yes, it can, however I need the receipt. The receipt was given to the store manager and she then advised that the gift cannot be refunded due to the date which was passed a period for returns. This already at step 1 is unacceptable. She then advised that the gift can be exchanged for other items in store however she will need to obtain approval and revert. This meeting was two weeks ago and the store has not reverted.
Poor service delivery - a set of pots were purchased to the value of approximately R3500. One of the pots was damaged and was taken to the verimark store in hillcrest. There was no replacement. No feedback on stock as yet and its been more than 6 weeks.
I recently had my BMW service completed at BMW Pinetown, I was assisted by Ashleena and Glen, I want to compliment these two individuals for the manner in which they assisted me and their outstanding service, It was a pleasure dealing with them and the overall Pinetown team, Thank you
This is my second complaint regarding the same matter with FNB. The matter has not been resolved in the previous week after the initial complaint. I was requested to send through documents and I have done so, A gentlemen named Zama Mathebula was assisting me and confirmed that my matter will be resolved in 3 working days, the matter is still pending. I am at a stage where I will consider an alternative service provider since FNB seems to be moving backward.
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the advise given to me by Alpine VW Hillcrest, I have used this dealership previously and service has been outstanding up until today. Background, I contacted the dealership to boom my vehicle in for a service, The service due is for 60000 km which I understand is a major service, With discounts etc - the price given to me was approx R7000. I did enquire before booking the vehicle in if a service plan could be taken out and weigh my options, The cost for the service plan was approx R10000 hence it was not viable to go ahead with the service plan. I booked the vehicle in and later got a call that the transmission oil must be changed, the cost for that was approx R5900, I then told the dealership that the service plan is a better option and they agreed, but then told me that the car has already been logged in and the service plan cannot be taken out. I have a major concern with the back and forth on this, I also believe I was advised wrongfully, I have told them to continue with the major service but to hold on with the transmission oil change. Please can this matter be addressed,
