Almost a year later and Eldo Coaches still have not processed my refund.... They blocked me on whatsapp, Their email address doesn't work anymore... That money is mine and I have every right of access to it...
I have been emailing billing and support to re-activate my line FOR THE PAST WEEK... This is getting out of hand, you're very quick to take money from us but your service delivery is ridiculous.... What will it take for you to re-activate my line???????? I DO NOT OWE YOU GUYS WE PAID OVER A WEEK AGO SO WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM? Instead you are sending me emails saying my line will be terminated, It's starting to seem deliberate and forcing to keep the line down till the next payment is due. I'm highly disappointed in Metrofibre, your treatment to your customers is really awful... You show no empathy, no professionalism and you're certainly the worst service provider I will not recommend anyone to use your services. The total pits. SOMEBODY MUST CATCH A WAKE UP CALL AND ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB. I'll be waiting on your response.
I bought my ticket bus ticket at shoprite with Eldo coaches which has stopped operating since 20 June, i bught my tickets beginning of May, they did not bother communicating with customers to arrange alternative transport for them on time or refund us ,I only found out they have suspended their busses from dbn to jhb when I got to Durban station. The ill-treatment on their whatsapp is appalling. They blocked me because I was "rude" I asked my mother to speak to them and they last said my refund is in cue they have a backlog at their finance department. After reading the stories on hello peter it seems I will never my money back because they dont even reply back. They are ******* and a bunch of unprofessional individuals. If there is a way to seek some help please let's share so that we can get out monies back. Their whatsapp number is no longer working, where can I get them physically? Because the purchase was done with computicket this is where I need your intervention and assist us. I bought my ticket with computicket therefore it is only rightful that you reimburse me and you can claim it from Eldo Coashes.

This agent deserves 7 stars , her services was exceptional, she was patient, very well educated with the MTN products and resolved my query swiftly and hassle-free, give Nasiphi Jako her roses please. Happy customer.
I contacted your head office and this call centre agent is not fit to work in a customer service yet alone know how to speak to customers, Makro you need to look at who you hire and if they are adequate for the positions, there is a lot of people who can a much better job than Sipho Mashinini, he was not helpful at all, lacked professionalism and did not bother to show any empathy whatsoever, bad attitude entirely, we placed an online order and strange enough it was returned twice and nobody seems to be calling us when they deliver we only receive SMS notifications that the order had returned, what seems to be the problem here? That small boy gave me this reference: 3021613, I asked him to put me through to a supervisor he advises his supervisor was off Busi Radebe apparently and her assistant was available to help, your leadership is avoiding taking responsibility and account the frustrations of a customer. This is pathetic; I hope your Q.A listens to that call made to Sipho Mashinini and someone get back to me with some lucrative feedback on our query/complaint.
Terrible experience from Azola Galela and Khanyisa Vuthula at Axxess regarding your product. Please do something this. We are being lied to, misled and not provided proper service that call centre. This is illtreatment and most certainly not a way of running business with such individuals
Your call centre agents are doing whatever they want to do say whatever they want to say, giving customers incorrectly information that is costing us customers at the end of the day. I've had terrible customer experiences from Azola Galela and Khanyisa Vuthula from the accounts department. The company needs to provide these agents with formal training on how to treat customers. This is a very big concern. I really need my query resolved so that I can walk away peacefully from this company. I need a team leader or manager to call me back.
I'm applaud by the service this company renders their customers who are paying for a service and trusting in them to keep their households safe(its a security company after all). I'm a Soweto residence by the way, and I'm just like any other customer on your database, I approached ADT seeking for some relief in protecting myself and my belongings on my behalf and after today I'm not so sure if that's even possible anymore. I left the house going to work at around 5h20 and for some reason I delayed leaving the house and that's how the alarm went off, seconds later I receive a call from ADT checking if I'm okay and being responsive I confirm all is well provided my security pin to cancel the dispatch from the "response team" all was okay so I thought, minutes later my next of kin calls and asks me if I'm okay to my surprise they called my NOK I've already left the house at the time. I checked my phone I did not receive any missed call from ADT. When I returned home I found a note at my gate saying they were here to check if everything is okay at 6h23, and for the life of me I noticed my kitchen door was open, these guys managed to open my house and left my kitchen door open and nobody cared to inform me, by the way the "love note they left me shows they arrived an hour later after the alarm went off" it means my house was left wide open for criminals to do as they pleased for 12hours with nobody to bother letting me that they opened my house to check if I was okay. This is unacceptable. I don't believe what happened was right, I feel violated, unsafe, and for the life of me should anything go missing I will hold ADT accountable because they now have access to opening my house and leave it unlocked when they found it locked. I'm shocked to say the least and I have proof of what transpired today, I need answers as to why this officer Themba left my house unlocked and how did they not report to me that they were here and find a way forward on having the house locked or secured after their inspection/patrol.
My worst customer experience EVER by a very rude call centre agent with a condesending tone and yet arrogant by the name of Jeandre Kapp, this is a requested from an unhappy customer to the Q.A team in his department or his team leader Nikki Fisher to listen to the call and give him some coaching on his mannerism on calls. He has no emotional intelligence, shows no empathy and thinks he can talk to customer's how he pleases. His risk to the team to the department having someone like that on the floor. I expect Q.A or Nikki Fisher to listen to that call and get that agent to sincerely apologize for his absurd behavior.
