We were in an accident with a guy who was drinking and driving, we were escorted to the police station by a private traffic officer and while filing the accident the guy fled the scene and the police did nothing, we found the company he was working for because he was using a company vehicle, we filed the complaint and they said they would be assisting us and reaching out to the insurance and it is now 5 months later that Pierre van der Westhuizen Attorneys is now having a problem with the quotations we have sent through, they asked for three of which we did and now they are not willing to pay for any of them and only want to pay what they want to pay, this is unacceptable, why do you do insurance when you are not willing to pay, this will definitely be going to the ombudsman soon, you will pay out more then our quotes and that is a promise
We are so disappointed with your services, the people who came to install the device was very careless and the device actually fell from where they hung it, we have been having down time a lot which we never complained about but now our wifi has been completely off since last Saturday, we have reached out many times with no one being able to assist, the agents chop and change on the live chat and still can't help, the hours on getting help keeps increasing, but guess what, you still debited your premium for no services provided, this is very poor services.
I am so disappointed, I changed my service provider to use you guys, the guys who installed our wifi did a very poor job and it fell from where they hung it, the wifi has been down since last Saturday and we have been trying to get help since then, everyday our hours to getting help keeps increasing and the agents are useless with telling us what's happening, but guess what? They still debited a premium for the month with no service delivery! This is really so irritating
Wow, you guys removed my previous bad review I left, so now I will leave a few. Myself and my family was bumped by one of the employees whose name is T Solomon Maluleke, he was intoxicated and even a metro police officer assisted us and escorted us to the police station, mind you we had kids in the car, Solomon drove away from the police station and it was past 9 or 10 on the evening, when we messaged him he says he did not feel safe, whereas I had kids with me this late at night. We contacted TEFLA and they are just not interested because he used a rental car and so it's not their responsibility. I made a review previously and I see it was removed so that nobody can who you guys truly are. Your managers are never available and now you are not taking our calls, you have blocked us on WhatsApp and this morning I received an invite on LinkedIn from on of your IT techs, Veron Claivert Ngobeni, to achieve what I really do not know. But know this, I will make everyone see this, I have more social media platforms.
Myself and my partner with kids in the car had encountered an accident with on of Tefla's employees. The employee was intoxicated and drove away from the police station, we later found his details and made contact the company but have been through pillar and post. It's been two weeks already and I don't even have a claim for my car as yet. I have spoken to Fhumulani Mudau but he has now blocked me, I have spoken to Hateesha whom is not taking my calls any longer. I was told I cannot speak to the General Manager Matemba and every time I request for him they always say he is not available. I spoke to Kuthatso as well who while I was talking to him dropped the line in my ear. So this is how they treat people, imagine their clients? Because of their drunk employee almost killing innocent people and children they turn the eye and want nothing to do with it, so remember next time when you want to do business with people like this.
I have filed for tax returns on the 26th July 2024, it is now 26th September, I have submitted all the crazy things requested of me, nobody, absolutely nobody can give me any information when calling to the call centre, I have so many case numbers and my last one being 512918268 and all that Joseph can say if that I have to wait for 21days, but I have been waiting for 2months to date! Can someone please explain, I have even been through to complaints and guess what, when I called the very next week the agent confirms that nobody has even actioned that case? Who is working? I want a response ASAP
I did my tax returns on the 26th of July 2024, it's 13 September 2024 and there is no feedback and everything I call I am on the line hold for a whole hour for someone to come on the line and not know what is happening, nobody that I have spoken to thus far knows what's going on. I even registered a complaint and they say there is no turnaround time for it. Nobody knows anything. What type of customer service is this? Wasting my airtime for someone to keep telling me nothing.
I placed an order online at 14:27, it is 15:50 now and I am still waiting, I called the restaurant directly but no success because I tried over 5 times, I got through to the call centre and finally the driver then calls to tell me his bike went for a damn service and that he is only picking up my order now but he damn updated on the app that he is already on his way, this is bad services and I am flippen furious.
I have been waiting a whole hour at Chicken licken Lenasia traderoute, I ordered a medium margarita but people after me who ordered large pizzas got their order before mine and the staff are rude! You guys better do something about this
We rented a movie on Box Office called Trust and to our surprise the movie was not full and just ended in the middle of nowhere, we left it to check the next day but it just disappeared, we called in and we spoke to Sandile who told us he can reverse the money for the previous rental and then we can rent it again and that was done, we fast forwarded to the part we watched but it still did not play till the end, I called in again and spoke to Luthando and he said there's nothing he can do and that they cannot reverse any money and that Sandile cannot do that and that the previous rentals money is also still outstanding which means that we have been lied to and cheated, he said we should visit the website so that we can get assisted, so please tell me why the hell there is customer service if they are not going to help, we should the rather use the internet and data for help and still we wasted our damn airtime speaking to illiterate people who aren't able to help when they have every resource available to do their damn jobs...this is utter bull**** and if they aren't dealt with appropriately then you guys are hiring ****
