I have dreamed of owning a TAG watch forever. My delight when given a TAG connected after 30 years of service. Only for it to last just over a year. I cannot fault the professional service from Gateway branch. The watch was sent away. Johannesburg agents saying they are sealed and cannot be repaired. A trade in offer of R4000 on a selection starting at R45000. I'm a teacher! I responded to the email and have heard nothing until today when the Gateway branch followed up. My present watch, a Rip Curl, has been going for 23 years. A TAG, not even 2 years. Clearly not the prestigious time piece I've always believed them to be.
MEDWAY, a subsidiary of GUARDRISK never respond. none of their customer care options work. I have enquiry number after number. All automated. tried their WhatsApp option. No response. A YEAR NOW!
Tried to cancel an old contract for months now. Nothing happens. How hard can this be?
Been trying to cancel the contract for months now. I've given notice in time but to no avail. customer care. What rubbish!
Been with Vodacom for 20 years. Never experienced such poor service. Ordered a upgrade with a phone. Courier delivered a sim card only. After trying to communicate online, the site shuts down all the time. Phoning customer care, was told computers were offline. Finally after 4 long calls, I'm told the deal was cancelled. I never cancelled it!
Congrats to Louw at Monster Auto/Jeep. What amazing service. Asked for part on Friday. Was sent from Pretoria to me in Durban. By Tuesday I had the correct part.
I Have a M-sure car warranty. Apart from the ludicrous cover, call to customer care and email to customer care (to which there has been no response). Almost 2 years of paying PLUS the step up package they cant even cover the cost of an alternator and that's not even including fitment.
They hound and hound you for payments but they don't know how hard it is to make payments. At Galleria you are lucky if there is more than one cashier. Then when you get there they're offline. Especially over the Christmas period! Come on!
What terrible after sales service. As a decent, patient person, even i have been moved to report this company. Customer care does simply not exist. 4 very polite emails to customer care. NOT 1 REPLY. Promises of home assessment of brand new TV taken 2 weeks. Walk-ins to store. 5 times. still nothing. They can't guarantee anything after 10 days. Why even bother with an extended guarantee? So disappointed. Should have stuck to buying from Makro.
