On 14 February, I sold R1,000.00 worth of shares from my Tax-Free Shares Account. When the funds had still not settled by 20 February, I contacted your secure chat via the banking app and was informed by Mikateko that the share sale had been rejected. This was the first time I became aware of the rejection, as I received no prior notification. The reason given was a system glitch. While I understand technical issues happen, this is not my problem, and it has now caused me a significant issue.
Good day, I logged a complaint with the CGSO on 19 January 2026 regarding an Airbnb credit that is required to be refunded as cash. To date, I have not received any updates on this matter. I have sent multiple follow-up emails to Keabetswe Seapi but have not received any response. I also note that there are previous complaints on record regarding a lack of feedback and service in this regard. Given the lack of progress, I kindly request that my case be reassigned to an alternative representative who will actively attend to and resolve the matter. I would appreciate your urgent assistance and feedback.
This is my second hello peter review. Its a whole week later and discovery still has not refunded my account for the incorrect debit order deducted, nor has anyone contacted me. I had to contact them and to date they are still giving me the run around and still have not refunded me!!!
Bunch of *******. These people will ***** money from your account by either running debit orders way before the service was supposed to be activated ( mine was supposed to be activated on the 25th of Feb, they deducted a full debit order on the 25th of January Instead) or they will double debit your account ( They debited my account for the full amount on the 25th and 26th of February) When you contact them to cancel your service and get a refund you do not get a response out of them and keep in mind I have not used the service once so I am paying for absolutely nothing! Cancel my service!!!
****mers. I have placed an order with the company on the 28th of November and to date I have to received my tracking number or Parcel. I have sent multiple mails just requesting feedback and eventually a refund as this was a 50th birthday present for my Mom and I have not received any feedback from the Owner Hein. When I complain on facebook he just removes my comment but he doesnt take the time to provide me with feedback or to contact me for a refund. Seems like the company is just running away with my money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY SCMED MY DAD OUT OF R8999.00 My dad ordered a cold unit from them back in November 2022 and WESLEY went completely silent and never delivered the unit! I will be taking legal action against this company
The worst customer service received from takealot and consultant Jay-Cee.V I placed an order on the 23rd of September and according to my tracking app it should have been delivered today (04/10/2022) due to one item the order has been delayed however no one picked up a phone or sent me an email to advise that there is one item outstanding. If this was done I would have advised to remove the one item and deliver the rest. I phoned their call center and sent numerous emails but not one person has taken the time to actually assist me and resolve my issue. Every single person I have emailed has a "not my problem" attitude. When I spoke to Jay-Cee he advised he will get back to me which he never did. Is this really what you call customer service?? I am shocked by the carelessness of your consultants
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, my account has been paid off 3 months ago and I am still being flagged under debt review. They are very eager to charge legal fees however the do not assist you. I regret using them and im sure you will regret it too.
Absolutely the worst service ever, do not take your bike there. I took my s****** in two weeks ago. Firstly we waited the whole day for them to pick it up ( after they said they will pick it up @10:00 am they only arrived @18:00 causing me to miss a whole days of work) We had to give them the spare key for the s****** after a whole two days of no feedback I decided to contact Madelein and ask her what the progress is on the s****** then she confirmed they havent even tried starting it and the key is not working. The next day I dropped the other key off and confirmed with Madelein when I will receive a quote where she confirmed it will be latest Friday. when i phoned on friday once again they have not even looked at it and the quote is also not ready every time we phone they just say tomorrow , tomorrow , tomorrow and it never happens. This is not how you run a business if you dont want top assist clients rather say so instead of wasting my time. and then they still bad mouth other bike service centers but they clearly cant run their own business and knows nothing about customer service. Pathetic.
