Vodacom is refusing to give me a quotation to cancel my Fibre ,I've been waiting from Monday and they say even if I pay for all the penalties I will still be charged for December or required to pay for December
I made a request to Vodacom Fibre to cancel my Fibre contract and I'm prepared to pay all the fees but they keep dragging the matter ,3 days later I still haven't received the formal quote to cancel ,as my case still need to be assigned to someone and the consultants keep convincing to get another contract ,and as a form or relocating my Fibre
I made a payment in my banking app using the East Pay services to pay for ECS account ,my bank confirmed the payment was successful,but Easy Pay is giving me the runout to get my money back since it didn't reach the receiver
My WiFi has been down from Saturday the 12 of January 2025 , I called the fibre department I was told the is an outage in my area , I called again the following day as the problem was not fixed I was told about an outage again , the person gave me a reference number ,telling me they will give me feedback but I never received feedback ,on Monday my WiFi was still not working I called again to get feedback but nothing the WiFi was still down I was told they are still fixing ,I called again on Tuesday as the WiFi is still down ,it’s only this time the lady told me that my area never had an outrage and the first person I spoke to on Saturday didn’t log a call for me for the technician to come to check the problem but they guy locked a sales request as if I’m looking into buying a new WiFi and **** about an outage.My concern in this issue is not receiving feedback as they usually inform us when the WiFi is down and been taken from pillar to post with no solution and another big challenge is I’m still expected to pay full amount while the problem is on Vodacom’s side. It’s been 4 days without WiFI
I have a Fibre contract with vodacom ;I requested to to change to LTE because I'm relocating and the place I'm moving to has no Fibre, I told them I'm not canceling the contract but asking them to keep the same contract but move to LTE, but the refused stating that it won't be possible,I must rather pay 9k to end the contract,I've been a loyal customer to Vodacom but they way they treat costumers is unfair bec6im not requesting to cancel but rather to change to something else.
I traded in my car and the dealership paid the money but MFC still deducted the debit order of the other car,when I request for refund they said I must send proof of payment while the money was reflecting on their system, I did sent the proof ,but still not feedback or refund. They cancelled the debit mandate but still no refund
I paid my account early in the month of April 2024, I qpid half of what I owe on the account and now I get a message that I must pay another amount before the end of the month. The call center is not helpful at all.
I've been a loyal customer for this store but everytime the services offered to me is not up to standard, now my name is red on the credit because of them not updating their things
I've had a contract with MTN for more 5 years,I have upgraded so many times ,and even when I change banking details I have notified them,but now suddenly they are failing to debit my account and they close my account, every month I'm always going to the store to check they say my banking is still the same ,I just don't understand what's the problem.
I'm tired of this Company ,how do I owe them money while I paid my account last month every month my account is on arrears.
