Renault SA very poor customer care attitude
My Renault vehicle has languished in the Renault workshop for about 3 weeks awaiting parts. Renault is not making any effort to courier the part. Requests for a courtesy vehicle have been disregarded. Remind me never to buy a Renault again!

Most dissapointed in Discovery Insure Warrantee
I submitted a warrantee claim to Discovery Insure. To their credit, the advisor, Bheki, has been most polite. However, part of the claim has been rejected. In my opinion Discovery Insure are trying to wriggle their way out of paying the entire claim. Futher representation to Discovery Insure has been made. Let's see if this helps.

Discovery Health does not care.
After making a copayment for an inhospital procedure, make sure that Discovery accounts don't deduct the same amount from your MSA. It is extremely difficult and time consuming to reverse their dubious accounting practices. They basically don't care. In short, Discovery Health cannot be trusted.

Netcare accounts - *****?
I paid a copayment in cash. Netcare then billed my med aid for the same amount! *****? Thus far attempts to communicate with Netcare have yielded no results. Terrible customer service!

Most disspointed in Discovery Health
We submitted a request for Chronic Medication for acute eczema. This is a debilitating condition and was submitted by a professor, head of department. Yet Discovery has seen fit to reject the request. Most dissapointed in Discovery's lack of understanding of acute medical condtions and the effect that such conditions have on patients. Or is Discovery just doing its 'best' to avoid providing funding for it's members?
