Capitec is refusing to refund airtime I bought Monday 21 Oct 2024 which was never loaded. They keep on telling me to wait for 48hrs
been waiting for refund on my for more than 13 days. Im told waiting for more days as the 7 day policy passed.
Bad service. Been calling whole day customer with no answer.
Been trying to get authorization letter for 5 hours now. Nosipho faied to communicate on updates. Rantondwa which i spoke to in the morning at 10:55 assured to send authorization and hours later nothing has been received and still insisting she will send.
