It is great that Bophelong Construction creates jobs and build sustainable infrastructure for Sebokeng in particular for Lethabong estate The misadventures of Tumelo Stephens are saddening.The company claims it has paid the salary for Mr Stephens for the month of November,yet the bank records show nothing was deposited.As if a chilling festive season was not unbearable,to this day no payment is being made The problem is that the company has a proof of payment,but the funds are not in the bank account.This raises more questions than answers The company should go through its records, ransack and remove the glitches that brought untold misery to Tumelo Stephens.This has become more urgent considering the patience offered to company

Yesterday on my way home after environment meeting in Sebokeng, around 4 o' clock I popped into Boxer Sebokeng Plaza to grab some bread.After making payment,on my exit the security guard asked for slip,which I adduced swiftly.To my dismay he made a further request to frisk me.I never steal.As customers make a bee line to exit,what merits other people to be frisked and others left after checking for proof of payment?The problem,I thought to myself is that some of staff members smoke things like marijuana during breaks to boost their ego and slow adoption of 4th Industrial Revolution.I am claustrophobic;therefore I habitually do not allow frisks,touching and hugs to mention some few To diffuse tensions,I allowed him to frisk on condition that after he finished he allow me to talk to store manager about this unfortunate incidence.He proceeded,now with vengeance to also impress his collegues eho were looking on.He did this to offend my sensibilities With 4th Industrial Revolution,the security gates could have prevented this melodrama.It is blissfull wonderment that Pick 'N Pay stores in Sebokeng Thabong Mall,there are no frisks and security gates are on exits and entrances.These gates prevent indignity and invasion of privacy that I was subjected to yesterday at Boxer in Sebokeng Plaza The store manager seemed not to understand my assertions.She insisted the guard was doing his job,though I pointed out that he did it in a manner that was proffessional and in doing so profaned every value that I stood for.The guard ricked of smoke and was violent.Of great interest,how are people chosen to be frisked?If these searches must apply to everyone let it be so and not be arbitrarily since some of us are too unique to be subjected to these gimmicks.

I am a loyal FNB client Over the past four months I habe been trying to get my bisiness account in order.The bank always helped me out.Today I was told my business accoint was closed on 9th October 2021,without notice I urge the bank to reopen same business account or redirect the funds to my personal account.I need to pay workers I do not understand why FNB chose to close my business account
Early today I went to Vanderbijlpak Department of Labour.I prefer to get quality service from this one compared to the other in Vereeniging.The gentleman who assisted me was not professional in terms of service delivery.He looked at my papers and wrongfully concluded the font is not the same.I insisted the forms were completed by one person,but he was adamant the font are different.I thought the details are all that matter,besides,why can't the department make a phone call to the numbers if it suspects foul play?The gentleman who later told me his name is Thabiso Motshepo,even told me he is well educated enough to make this conclusion.I am not sure if he is an expert in graphology It can't be correct that the department fine-combs applications to shoot off whenever there is perceived mistake.In this case,my asservations that fonts were matching were ignored,ultimately I couldn't be assisted but disdained The bedlam that he caused made me conclude the department may have went too far in trying to cover its delays with subterfuge.Always there must be a reason why clients are turned away.There is no rhyme or reason why different fonts if any,could warrant a refusal of service.The department needs to get its house in order,with officials like Mr Motshepo flaged for retraining in client service
In middle of 2017,my company Thaba Mohodi Solutions was funded by the Gauteng Department of Agriculture as an smme in bioeconomy.As were to be incubated by VUT,our funds were to be held by VUT so that we are to report progress and receive ongoing support.In great difficulty,we received some of our funds.In fact immediately after we signed an agreement with VUT,the employees changed completely-they were not available,became uncooperative,treated our companies with disdain but we persevered as a company What is concerning in late 2019 our funds vanished from VUT.We needed training,improve marketing and packaging but VUT told us it will not give us our funds.We agreed on training and marketing,even in our contract but VUT is not longer interested in the bioeconomy programme.They can give us our funds so that we continue.Tens of thousands of rands of Thaba Mohodi Solutions are held by VUT at the time we want to create more jobs,grow economy,help innovate Gauteng
The beneficiary of Fedtrust Mrs Thandeka Mitchell Nyama has been unsatisfied lately with her beneficiary administrator-Fedgroup After the passing of her guardian,as her uncle I tried to plea with Fedtrust to deposit the monthly benefits directly into her account.The plea was refused on the grounds that she is still a minor.Considering that for 3months the benefits were not paid,I submitted to be deposited into my account on her behalf that is when we failed to understand how these things work The amount paid was for a month and Fedtrust insists that benefits of other months there were not are forfeited.How?Strangely,the amount deposited was from private person with no trace of Fedgroup company More transparency is needed.How does it happen the benefits are lost because of being unclaimed for 3months?
On the 2nd June 2020,I did special clearance with the bank to deposit cheque into my business account.The agreed period of 4 days has elapsed.I paid for special clearance,for cheque to be deposited into my business account.Why the subterfuges?The bank employee earlier today told me it is a new business account,ipso facto it may take a little longer I understand the unwavering commitment to service by staff,but I had spent oddles of time in this cheque with the bank.Instead of building business,I took my time off busy schedule to attend to matters relating to this transaction It can't only be now I am told that the process could take longer.In business,you keep your promises.The FNB should better have rejected the cheque,than this waiting agony My employees need that cash.How long will the clearance period be,is everyone's guess!Things are bleakly bad to experience this uncer*****y
