Hi signed up for the services in end of September, when I signed the guy told me I had 3 months free, meaning my debit orders would only start going off in January. I got debited the next month,I could not get hold of the guy who signed me up,he would not respond to my texts ,i later learned he resigned. I reversed the money the next month as they were still debiting,I have made several attempts to get my account in order and for them to rectify with no luck, as it stands it is affecting my credit rating, the alarm system is not even operational. I am no longer interested in their services, I would like my contract to be terminated as there is a breach in our agreement. And most importantly my credit profile to be fixed as this is not on me,I wanted to provide business and have services rendered, it seems thats not the case.

I have been complaining about my account for the past 2 years, I have never seen such incompetence in my life, a Lady by the name Charity called me and told me the issue with my account was sorted, however I keep on getting emails about being handed over to legal for collections, I'm so sick of this company, can they just fix their mess and leave me be.
I was told I need to pay R118 for a reversed amount, I did even reverse the amount with Wonga but I still paid it, it is still reflecting on my credit bureau profile. They debited my account again this month as per my agreement with them, the money was successfully debited, and they refuse to provide me with a paid up letter.
I bought furniture on the 1 February, I received it 3 weeks later, the table was damaged and the motor of the washing machine is malfunctioning, the sales lady logged a call for me, till today I'm still waiting for the things to be fetched and to receive a washing machine that's is not malfunctioning and a table that is not damaged.
I have had a loan with nedbank since 2011 when I lost my job they refused to pay the insurance,fast forward,they have put me on judgment,I have recently got a contracting job,which is for 6months I told them I want to settle my account withR50k,so that when I no longer have an income they cant keep calling me,they declined,I am wondering is it because of my skin color because I know of people who paid much less to get their debt settled and written off.Why are they making my life miserable?
I logged a complaint that a certain gasoline station debited me 3 times the amount of R555.20, and on the 4th I tried to pay for my for my Childs books via POS and amount of R1285, it did not go through, the receipt said the transaction is reversed, the funds have not reflected in my account to date. Uber Eats reversed R71.80 in my daughters account, the funds are still not reflecting in my account, I am not getting any help from FNB and this is such an inconvenience.
I have not been able to use my internet since Thursdays, I have wasted my airtime with technician who were unable to assist me I have to work and I am unable to, I am very frustrated right now especially after paying for a service i am unable to use.
On inception of my policy with cat track, I requested that my debit date be on the 27th of every month ,they have been debiting me on the 25th, as a result I have incurred unpaid fees for the past two months and would like them to reimburse me. Also they debited me an additional R50 which I honestly don't know what its for and also got R110 unpaid fees for.
Good day, I am very frustrated with Vodacom, I have been calling them back and forth for the past 4 months trying to figure out how come my premiums have increased ,I told them that I got a call from one of their agents offering an upgrade without an additional charge to my premiums,I requested that they listen to the recording and come back to me and reverse the additional money that was deducted from my account, that has not happened. I called again yesterday and was told that they do not see any notes on my calls about my complaint and I should call rewards department, I m sick of this back and forth thing ,I just want my money reversed and credited back to my account and my original package as per my request to them like a thousand times over, instead they deducted R1166 from my account .This is just frustrating.
