I normally come to Hello Peter when I'm dissatisfied with a service provided by business. Today I come with positivity and compliments. OUTSURANCE is the BEST insurance. PEACE OF MIND. NO HHANA HHANA STORIES when claiming. I've been with them for 7 years now.
I've just had the worst customer service. On the 27 January 2026 flight GE211 was boarded at Gate E1 and later changed to E4 without informing us. We arrived at ORTIA at 1pm for a 4pm flight . When we went to the Lift customer service desk and MET a guy named FREDDY. He was rude and even insulted us and in the end offered no solution except to cancel the tickets. We asked for the supervisor and he told us she is not available because she has already knocked off at 4pm. We contacted the Lift whatsapp number and they told us that the supervisor should be at work and knocking off at 7pm. In the end we had to book another flight.
I called to book an appointment on behalf of my sister. The lady didn't even greet, she just heard a man's voice and she rep**** "You called a wrong number. We are a females only nail salon" and she hung up. Tried calling back twice phone was unanswered. What a rude person!
I'm a person who complains alot about poor service. In my 5 years with Outsurance I'd like to say, you guys are the best! I've claimed more than 5 times and have never had a hussle or any problems with any claim. You guys have never activated the Karen in me. Thank you for your SERVICE. KEEP IT UP! But you increased my premium from R1400 to R2000 ☹️ I'll ignore that for now.
Poor service. I ordered on the app at 11h14 to collect at 12h15, when I got to the shop at 12h15 it was when my order was being prepared. What is the reason to order online for specific time if I still have to wait for the order when I get to the shop?
I took a service plan with MOTORHAPPY/LIQUID CAPITAL in 2022 after my car did a 60000km service. The service plan is supposed to cover two services 75000km and 90000km. When it's time to service the car the company is giving me stories. 03 January 2023(Tuesday) I call them to ask for the procedure when taking car to service, I speak to a person called Tshundzukani Mtsetweni who than tells me that my car is only covered for 90000km and 105000km and not 75000. He asks me to take pictures of my service book(history) and email them, he will take it up and than get back to me. I take pictures and email him and he never acknowledges or get back to me. The day ends with no feedback or whatsoever. 4 January 2023 (Wednesday) I call in the morning immediately after they open to ask what was the verdict. I speak to a lady called Mpho, who says everything has been finalized I can take my car for service. I than take my car to the service center (15km drive). I do the paperwork and than leave. On my way back home, I get a call from the service center. When u get there I'm told that my policy is not authorized, MOTORHAPPY says they will only cover 90000km and 105000km service not 75000. I than call them again asking why is that so because the update I got in the morning was that it was all sorted and I can service my car for 75000km. I spoke to another lady (can't remember her name) she said she will take the matter "up" I should wait for 2 to 4 hours, they will get back to me. I waited two hours and than decided to go back home. 5 hours down, no feedback. I call them again, another lady says the matter is still being dealt with, they will get back to me before end of business day. I waited and there was no feedback, I email Tshundzukani and he doesn't reply (to any of the email I've been sending since Tuesday). I decide to call them again, the lady who I spoke to says all has been sorted I can take my car to service the following day. 5 January 2023 (Thursday) I take my car for service at 7am and than leave the service center. 11am I get a call from the service center and they tell me my service has not yet been authorized. They've launched a claim and submitted all necessary documents but the claim has not been authorized. I than call MOTORHAPPY again and the lady says they are waiting for documents from the service center. I than tell them that those documents were sent in the morning. Phone cuts off and than I call again and speak to another person who than says the service center needs to log a claim via call. I call the service center and they do so, only for MOTORHAPPY to come back with an email saying they will vet the quotation. The email I got from them "Good day, The delay in authorization is because the prices on record and the prices quoted by your dealership are different. The prices need to be vetted by our profiling department and only then can the service be authorized. We will advise once the claim has been authorized and communicate in due course. Kind Regards "
I should be giving them a 5 star rating but I will give them a 4 star because of how they handled my EXCESS RECOVERY. Other than that I'm HAPPY!! No one has matched my PREMIUM and EXCESS. I've done a thousands "no obligation quotes" from various companies, they are just a waste of time. Premium is low, excess is low, window and glass excess is low. I've claimed twice and both times they were both fast and efficient.
Placed an order online at 19H40 28 February, its 20H40 now and I'm still waiting. And they close at 21H00 wonder if it will be even delivered. I called at 20h20 and I was told the order Is still being prepared. 20h45 the phone wasn't going through. 21H00 the shop is Closed. Even the one star rating is too much for them. The deserve 5 thumbs down ????? The pizza came at 21H30 (Shop closes at 21H00). When I opened it, it was burnt as hell. I have visual proof (Video and Pictures ) #SelcourtDebonairs
