Running around in circles since my last hello Peter complain..capitec and it's pathetic service to assist has still not done anything about my 20500 that I was hacked for... I have been calling in since the 10th April when the incident occurred only to recieve the same bull**** that they are waiting for tym bank and fnb to allocate the funds who by the way has already replied a month ago that the funds were utilized from the scammers accounts and they could not savage any...my problem is not with fnb or tym bank my problem is with my bank which is capitec...they are so miserable they could not protect their very own customers now my funds are depending on tym bank and fnb..I should rather bank with fnb bcoz clearly they are the better bank..they customers come first Evan if it a 30 day waiting period..I have been calling n calling n giving them my correct numbers only to be sent messages that they cannot reach me..Which in fact there was never any missed calls on my phone..
Really a pathetic bank...I was scammed on the 3rd of April this year..some1 hacked my banking app..My entire phone was frozen I mmediately called the bank an blocked my app but in the interim the money was taken out...I have recoeved information from the forensic dept that they have managed to trace the funds to an fnb n tyme bank account,however the funds were finished from the scammers tyme bank bit they still could view the funds in the scammers fnb...however I have not recieved further communication from them until I called in on the 25/04/2022,I was rudely spoken to by the 1 consultant and I was told that my account has been compromised hence they cannot reimburse me...My questions are how the hell did my app get compromised?What security measures are capitec taking to protect its clients?How stupid do they think we are to give our pins out?Please people do not bank with capitec they may be cheaper when it comes to bank charges but they do not protect us..I was hacked out of R20500.00 n they say I cannot get my money back..Where is my money?There was an article in the news late last year regarding clients information being hacked,yet they still dnt protect us...We are taking the losses while Capitec is gaining from our losses...
I'm really upset with the service at bmw,I am the regular driver of my car,it was Makin some noise so my husband took the car in,he didn't check the car properly I had my volkano headphones, my airpods and my work usb in the car as I just arrived from gym..The day I needed to go in myself to collect the car after whatever needed to be done was done as I arrived back home I noticed that my stuff was no longer in the car,I confronted my husband and he clarified he didn't check although he signed a form to say he removed all the items from the car..please people if you guys go to BMW make sure all ur stuff is out Evan the ones you think are of no value,most of us feel that our things won't go missing as BMW is so reputable,please be weiry always..thanks
i have purchased 5 boxes of Belgium pink box d"licious chocolates from clicks end of May 2020 the expiry date was the 14th of June 2020.. as i bit into the chocolates there were living worms crawling out.. i have sent the videos to clicks n the last correspondence was the 25th June 2020.. i have had no positive feedback,just that they were handing the issue over to a different person.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for such a well established business...MAKING THEIR CUSTOMERS SICK WITH WORMS AND TURNING A BLIND EYE..disgusting

The worst first experience ever at pavilion mall..My pizza at pizza hut took an hour to get done,wen I recieved my pizza I drove home which is an hour away only to find the 1 was incorrect,then i decided to try the pizza n to my surprise the flippin pizza was like rubber...I'm sooo annoyed to have tried pizza hut...the staff couldn't handle the orders n were rude wen people started complaining of the delay...pathetic really I want my money back
Firstly i would not recomment this hotel to anyone..The pictures on the website differ from the actual rooms...i have been bitten numerous times by bedbugs..wifi was advertised but there was never any connection..i had no towels in my room and after requesting it only arrived 2 hours later.. The shower sprayed everywere else except on a person...the bathroom door was broken..my kids got burnt by the water goin cold n then hot on its own..My room was very dusty and the staff looked soo annoyed to assist with anything when asked...im really disapointed with the hotel and had i known that prior i cud have booked into a much better hotel..
Pathetic service from cellc online...my new faulty device has not been collect from the 24 april 2019..When i call in the consultants keep transferring me from dept to dept..Then cancelation dept answer and busy having conversations as to wen their birthdays are...Wen i last posted a review on hello peter a lady by the name of Theodora from cellc online contacted me and that was the last..nothing has progressed furthur..i refuse to pay any contract accounts i have with cellc as they donot feel it necessary to help their clients...flippin pathetic service and yet they wana have strikes..wake up!!People plz donot purchase from cellc online rather use vodacom or mtn..appalling service
