I have submitted my claim and still no feedback all documents that was requested was send through now the want my to pos a is to pobox Hatfield all documents was send trough and now all the email I sen comes back as return.
On the 21 st Dec I placed an order at 13:00 for delivery 5pm only 1 x full chicken and 1 x salad and chips large well at 6pm still no delivery I was on the phone with a lady confirming my order for delivery at 5pm and they just told her we'll they don't have full chicken but order was placed and accepted from steers Phillip nel park ??? So between 13 :00 and 5pm no one could call me asked if they can replace it with something else we'll the lady assisting was very nice and said the manager will call me back and this will be resolved we'll till date no manager nothing that left us with nothing to place on our guest plates thank you steers
Mr d collected my KFC from the Pretoria gardens branch 2 burger nuggets and chicken all pushed in to one bag the burgers fell apart the 🍅 was on the side and not even on the burg the nuggets the chicken was brown and so oili we didn't eat the food till dat no refund no call nothing even after complaint the Mr drive didn't even get out the car the drivers son got out no shirt on and gave my the food omw Mr D and KFC don't know what to say complaining at customer care not asking n refund nothing no feedback I can't belive this thank you from roosmariekapp77@gmail.com

I saw there is money in my account but didnt thinknanything of this as indont use the account any more i received a sms of n debt order on that account again showed a availble amount went to the bank to withdraw the money but acording to them there is no money in the account yester same debt order and the availble amount i showed them the sms but according no money in account ??? I dont even have a absa card any more to check at the atm how does it show availble amount but the balanse according to absa shows 0.00 somewere thia does not make sence drove to the bank twice already. Im not sure whats up with absa were is the money showing on sms ??? And why 0.00 this does not even make sence realy wasting time petrol on. A bank not knowing anything
