I am very disappointed in Smash Auto Body's service for 3 reasons. When I received our car back for a minor dent repair: 1. A body panel they worked on was loose. 2. The door on the side of the damage was badly misaligned. 3. Our battery starter pack costing R1,850 was ****** from the cubbyhole. They have pictures showing that they device was still in the cubbyhole when they received the car. They are not interested in compensating us for the damage. I do understand that we were supposed to remove all valuables from the car before check the car in. Overall, the experience was just bad.
I just had a great experience buying from FirstShop online. I expected that it will take a couple of days for the USB type C docking station that I ordered to be delivered, but it cam the next day! Many thanks FirstShop team!
I don't understand why WebAfrica would cut my services off, 7 days after I paid my arrears as well as for the new month. I tried to get their an answer from their WhatsApp service people. It took more than 3 hours to get a response from an agent. "Marcus v" ignored my question and passed the call to "Sinovuyo S", who also ignored my question and then tried to transfer me to another another person at the "Provisioning department". The discussion with the 2 agents took to hours so far. Why are they just ignoring my question?
Just got a quote for exams from CTU in under 30 min!!! Thought I just mention this as I have had a number of dealings with CTU and they are all great. Special thanks to Lize van der Merwe!!!
Just went to write an exam at the Menlyn campus and I can tell you that these guys are organized! Exam facility is quiet and comfortable.
I'm really happy with dealing with Sytze. He helped us find a pet so we don't have to be concerned about scammers. Pup was delivered to our home in Bryanston.
I have sent a couple of puppies in the past years and came to appreciate Zodwa and her team for doing an excellent job. I read negative comments and realised that The Pet Lounge have a strict process that they follow to confirm to IATA rules and their policies can frustrate people. These rules are there for a purpose and I am happy to conform to them. My visits to the pet lounge has always been pleasant. That's Zodwa and team, keep smiling.
I have been on the line for 18 minutes now. It's ridiculous. Why is there no call-back facility. Why cant you call us back Standard bank - it really sucks to be on a line waiting. It's now 20 min. I am calling ********** 445. I am now waiting for 22 minutes for my call to be answered. The voice on the call tells me to stay on the line or go to www.standardbank.co.za and select "Insurance Online" - It does not exist guys. Not there! Call eventually got answered after 23min 30sec. Please get more people in the call center or give the oprion to call customers back.
