They are ****mers... False advertising - they charge more than the agreed amount. You don't get any updates. Emails get ignored and you NEVER receive what you paid for.
Placed an online order 2 weeks ago. ETA was the 13th of December. They only started processing my order on the 13th of December and I'm still waiting for my delivery. Called them, all they have to say is "It should be delivered today mam". Mr Price, If I dont receive my order today (20 December 2024), please cancel my order and refund my account.
- Seems to me that “Jacques” has a valid point here – and that your attempts to “invite” him to your offices so you can “address any other ” that he might have, is just a way for you not to get your dirty laundry washed all over this platform. - What you maybe do not realize is that he is a property owner of MULTIPLE PROPERTIES in this Complex, and despite the ridiculous utility bills you send him each month, (which amounts up to Tens of Thousands of Rand's), he still pays these bills while trying to work with you to sort out these issues. - And that he did lodge several complaints and inquiries relating to his PROPERTIES to you in the past without any positive outcome. In fact – he emailed your CEO just last week trying to address these issues again and only got a message saying that he must contact the Portfolio manager. - Do you understand how your lack of communication and willingness to work with the property owners (who does pay their bills) can be frustrating? - An example of this is: Instead of collecting the arrears from the property owners who does not pay and addressing the queries and complaints of the property owners who does pay you waste your time sending ****ty messages to the paying property owners about arrear amounts of R 27.60, saying that “This is your 1st offence ……….” - REALLY?? - I suggest you contact “Jacques” personally and set up a meeting with him and all the paying property owners, (at your own cost). - Hopefully by then you will have solutions instead of excuses and platforms like Hellopeter wouldn’t be necessary to get some kind of reaction out of you.
Pathetic online service. Don't be fooled by the 3-5 days delivery promise.... can expect to wait 2 weeks +.... if you ever receive it. And there is no online support. The worst online experience I ever had... by far.
Overall happy with Miladys online service.... After placing my order I got confirmation within 24 hours that my delivery is with the courier service. BUT Miladays, because of the courier service you use ( Fastway Couriers ) - I will NEVER buy from you again. Pathetic courier service. I'd rather you have me pay for my delivery and get a decent courier service than having to deal with a useless courier service such as the one you're using.
Useless courier service. Sending emails saying "You can expect delivery today"...... then don't show up.... when you inquire you are given the driver's number .... he gives you a time but also don't show...... then ignores you... Being 5 days now that " I can expect delivery today ". Fastway Couriers, you just caused Miladays to lose a client.

Blerrie klomp skelms. Hulle sê hulle dek 1 member elke 24 maande vir 1 oogtoets, 1 PMB raam en 1 stel standard single vision of bio focal lenses. Het nou gegaan en daar is bybetaling op die raam en die lense. Blykbaar dek hul nie n hardner wat in die lens kom om dit te maak nie. En dan as hul sien hulle is verkeerd moet jy met hulle oog afdeling praat maar hulle kan jou nie die nommer gee of deursit nie. Moet NIE hulle gebruik nie. Hulle is baie misleading.
I bought a Intex pool & pump from Game in December 2018. Since then I have being unable to find any filter cartridges for the pump. I have being to Game, Makro, Pick 'n Pay, Crazy Plastics.................... al the suppliers I found told me that they have being out of stock since December..... Finally I lodged a complain on Intex SA's website telling them that I am unhappy with this and I expect them to either make filters available or refund me on the pool and pump.... Totally ignoring my complaint an consultant named Leone Marren send me an email informing me that it is R 60.00 for single filter cartridge and R 150 for 3 and there will be an delivery charge of R 100. She included that I must let her know what I want so she can send me an invoice. Regardless of them not addressing my issue - and charging me a delivery fee for something that should be on the shelves of AT LEAST the shop where I bought the swimming pool from, I was to happy to finally have hope of getting a filter cartridge so I emailed her my order. Needless to say - this is where their customer service ended.... have not heard from them since... Intex pools might be affordable - Kind of But their customer service and product support sucks !! Would not recommend it to anyone.
