I bought a gas heater before end of July at the mahube valley Kit Kat when I I tried using it the heater did not work I had to travel back when I got there the person helping told me I will not get a refund eventually they gave me another heater when I got home it also didn’t work when I returned again the owner this time was rude and dismissive told me I won’t get a refund or exchange I’m stuck with a heater that doesn’t work I don’t know what to do I still have the slip please help
I placed an order on the asap app on the 10th of August 2025 the order still shows waiting for driver. I’ve called their help line over 6 times and sent 3 email no resolution my money has been banked and smart points deducted but no delivery a team leader called back saying they did a refund this was Monday but nothing has been done yet I really don’t know what to do anymore regarding this my money is gone
I hate telkom I can't wait for this contract to end there is always a debit order rejection fee of a ridiculous amount and I pay my bill early then they still try debit nobody ever helps with thr issue they have no complaints department
I can't wait to settle this account I've been paying my contract manually and they decided to debit my account they bounce and charge me over 200 when they double debit and request a refund no one bothers to help they hang up on you while on hold honestly wouldn't ref anyone to take a contract with you guys I still want my refund of 814 plus the debit order bounce charges for ,2 months
My aunt got ****** AT THE PARKING LOT made to call and ask for money and her phone was taken and it's not the first time such happens to someone I know the mall management needs to add more security this is not acceptable
My order was stuck at bay 1 for 4 days finally got an email that's its out for delivery and the delivery hasn't taken place its 2 weeks now they should really close company or hire more staff absolutely useless
Ordered products through clicks on the 27th RAM is supposed to deliver but Wednesday I was told they went to the wrong address no driver called to ask for directions. The address listed has been used for delivery before in November 2021 but suddenly no one can find it I chalked yesterday to find out what was going on. Was told they will do the delivery today address was confirmed but again no delivery done was told I was not at the house for delivery and I did not answer my phone. Was advised I will get an email from a Manger for more details coz driver apparently had issues with a device it's 7:15pm no email was told another delivery will be for Monday I needed this things for this weekend......
they stopped debiting my account November I therefore started doing manual eft payment on the 20th as my due date is the 25th they then decided to load another debit order June without contacting me and I had already paid for that month was advised refund takes 14days or i can do reversal with my bank they then started charging me 202 stating its a debit reversal feel and around October they debited me again and i had to reverse it now they say I owe them 404 extra while my premium agreed to is up to date and they suspended my account.. non of the agents have been able to help and I'm told I must pay for that fee...
I would like to take this moment to thank Ingrid Palayandi and Lindsey sorry I did not get your surname I believe they are in Gauteng North the Roodeport branch had a very pleasant experience they assisted in 4 days something I've been struggling with for 3 months I really appreciate all the help
Worst decision i ever made taking the explorer ultra on price lock my life has been a living hell and i still have 23months of this contract incorrect billing call back promises from the team leaders and all of this is affect my credit record whilst they are at fault ive spent hours on the phone explaining the same thing over and over again i dont know what to say or do anymore no one is willing to correct this
