I am a host and been using air b and b for some years. I have recently hosted a guests for free, and have my second in one off my properties also enjoying a free stay, with a 3rd on route. and threatened by air b and b if I cancel I will need to pay a fee. what a joke.
Terrible customer service, I bought to watches on line 9 days ago, I got am email two days later stating that one was not available I need to swipe it for some thing else. and I rep**** have not heard back again, the available watch has also not been sent. so I have bought 2 watches and received nothing, when I call customer care I go to voice mail. on calling three times receptionist said some one should call me back by tomorrow. its just shocking. such terrible customer experience,
So I have been using them for a while have a fast 60 mbps line.. I loged a fault twice last week, and no result contacting them today, they have cleared the issue how ever I still have less than 1 mbps upload and pretty slow down load. After many hours on what app I am bitterly frustrated and now need to move my whole office around again to test some thing we just did on Saturday and still have the same issue.
i am very disappointed, in ***** division i am currently out the country. clearly some one has got my credit card details taken me for nearly R10 000 and absa have done absolutely nothing to assist me, i would expect more from them than this.
i have ordered goods in mid December, we are now 3 months later and no delivery. delivery window is beyond shocking. i don't understand how any one can be expected to wait this period of time for a delivery
Shocked I have started paying extra monthly, to bring down capital debt on a car i financed through these band of thieves.. only to be told they can not use funds towards capital debt, only towards interest they have not earned yet!!! I have called and emailed!! what disgusting company flat out robbery is what it is, and i for one will not tolerate it.
I am very disappointed, in this financial climate i have requested they turn off my debit order and allow me to pay my account manually, to be meet with no assistant and told its not possible. i have always had to pay a car off the last 15 years and never was it an issue to pay manually. I refuse to accept this.
On Sunday the 23rd of February my girl friend and i had to fly back to Cape Town after a weekend in Johannesburg flying from Lanseria airport on the 8;45 pm flight, flight MN 473. We checked in on line on Saturday to insure we could sit together as we had booked with our vitality. I had also had an experience a few weeks prior where i had not checked in on line and arrived to board also a Kalula flight and had been told there was no place for me on the plane as they had over booked it. In the end i managed to get a seat as some one checked in late. This was also at Lanseria come to think of it. Back to my experience this last Saturday, we had arrived at the airport early and sat a while for boarding to start, as we stood in the line our Gaatjie started calling.. As we got to the front i released there was a problem when our tickets beeped red. Fikile the all powerful Gaatjie then preceded to tell us she had changed our seats. Splitting us up so a group of three could sit together whom had not taken the effort to check in on line 24 hours prior, she explained as we had not actually pre paid for seat confirmation they where entitled to seats us where ever they like. My girl friend and i where both horrified as we had gone to great efforts to insure we had sat together, and again our all powerful Gaatjie Fikilie said there is nothing she will do, and that can ether accept it or not fly. I then got upset and said she should just shut up and give us our tickets so we can board. She then told me that if i spoke to her like that again i would be taken off the flight. Not once did they even stop boarding guest so while our Gaatjie t held us up for our seats another gaatjie continued to check more passengers who continually pushed me out the way to get by. She was a head strong Gaatjie, and one would not be surprised if she pulled a gun at this point but it was not to be. frazzled and unhappy we boarded a Kulula flight just now trying to get on so we could get home to our animals. The whole scene was just terrible and left a truly nasty taste in my mouth. On boarding the taxi I managed to talk to the air host whom made a plan and got us seats together as the taxi was not actually full. So this again just shows how little kulula and its staff care and that the all powerful Gaatjie loading the taxi to cape town had no intentions of even trying to keep her customers happy rather just bully us into compliance. I am shocked by the service provided by kulula, the way you treat your customers is absolutely disgusting i for one will not fly kulula again as it is not worth the risk. No matter if you buy a seat you are not guaranteed one, and if you check in online you again are not guaranteed to sit there and if you are even slightly upset by the fact that they mess you around endlessly on your travel day they will just remove you off the flight and leave you stranded at the air port. Kulula do not even remotely care about you, and the fact that you are traveling and have trusted them to provide that service. it is a short sighted goal as you will simply just lose customers. Kulula is really the taxi of the sky and its bullying gaatjies have given me two out of two bad experience with them in two months, a mistake i will not make again.
Con Men, I recently settled off my car after 4 years with west bank, I have always paid my accounts via eft monthly as i am self employed. I then bought a Motor bike recently and have requested them to cancel the debit order as i prefer to pay via eft as that way i can pay more than the minimum deposit amount and also as i am self employed i prefer to debate when i pay accounts for simple cash flow reasons. I have been told it is not possible to cancel the debit order and i must keep it for the duration of the contract. This has never been the cause in the past and i refuse to accept this.
I have used gumtree for years, and this is not the first time i have had this issue. I place two adds on gumtree and both where not made live how ever i was still billed over a 1000 rand for adds that never went up. this is not right, and feel ripped off. i emailed them about a refund and was ignored. i would think twice before advertising on gumtree as you will pay but your add may never go up.
