Theft by blue security's

The very same company we use to keep us safe , is *****ing from us. I took a 3 year contract which ended 6 months ago. It included extra fees for the alarm system we purchased. They have still been taking out money for the system which has been paid for. It's unbelievable

Vumatel sucks

We had our water meter ****** on Sunday night. In the process the ********s broke the cord of the fibre at the box outside our property. It's now Thursday and we have no response from vumatel even tho we logged the fault on Monday. Vumatel is the most *********** provider. They will ***** your money. It's such a headache dealing with vumatel. The only time you know the quality of your provider, is the time like these. When you have an issue that needs to be resolved. I can tell you vumatel is disgusting.

Mtn is pathetic

Mtn is the most pathetic service provider to deal with. I purchased a cell phone online on the 8 of October. I have since not received my package and trying to get any help from mtn is impossible.

Dsv courier worst

Dsv is the most incompotent courier ever. They do not deliver the product as been paid for. They hold the parcels at their depot. They were supposed to deliver a sim card which I explained to the supervisor, was in the package and which I paid for already but they refused to deliver the package. Please dont ever use dsv.

Nando's the thieves

Nando is out to steal patrons money. I placed an order telephonically. The invoice of the order was R225. Went to the store to pick up and pay. Paid via credit card so didn't think nandos would be such theives. They charged R285. I only noticed when I got the SMS at home. Tried calling the customer care twice but they are useless. Spoke to a refilwe who promised to sort the issue out but was of no help. Nandos stole my money and don't want to give back my money. Nandos is disgusting.

Vodacom abuses pensioners

Vodacom are theives. They has gone to such a low level, that they stealing money from pensioners. I'm 72 and my data contract was up for cancellation. Vodacom without my consent, reinstate the contract. I wanted to cancel my contract because with fibre, there enough other companies with unlimited data available at fraction the cost of Vodacom. Now I'm told that I can't cancel coz the contract is reinstated. This was without my knowledge let alone consent. Vodacom is abusing pensioners. Vodacom is the filth of the mobile industry. I spoke to Khaya Dlamini who did nothing to assist.

Thieves called Vodacom

Vodacom are theives. It is surprising how they get away with stealing innocent people's money. I had a contract that was paid via debit order. Vodacom due to their incompetence didn't request payment from the bank which has been paying on request for the past 18 months. Two weeks ago they decide to cut my services. After trying to get through to a consultant which is almost impossible, the person tells me that Vodacom had a problem and they didn't send the request through. I authorized the debit order which the bank paid immediately but a week later and my account ain't sorted. The theives Vodacom now issue me with a reconnection fee and still stealing my money for the two weeks that they had cut the line. Vodacom is disgusting. It used to be such a quality company that has now reached the pits. It's the same as our SOE. Sad

Vodacom sucks

Vodacom is the most incompetent company I have ever come across. They steal your money and deliver nothing. To get hold of a consultant is a mammoth task. When I finally do get through, and speak to Lizzy who is the most impossible person to deal with. She confirmed that Vodacom does not have a customer care. This is the ignorance and incompetence of the people representing Vodacom. They know nothing of their own company, how is it possible to help you with other things. Vodacom has fallen. It's proving to be another failed SOE. Such a pity. Vodacom sucks

Dstv are the pits

Dstv are a group of thieves. I have not had dstv in 2 years. After 2 years im getting calls from lawyers, claiming i owe money to dstv. When we called dstv twice ,they say that our account is nil balance. Dstv while losing viewers to netflix, are trying to extort money from its previous customers. Dstv is pathetic.

Europcar cheats

Europcar hire is the worst car rental around. Firstly they try to cheat you by charging refuel cost when the tank has been full on return. Fortunately we had the receipt from the fuel station. Secondly we hired a car in ct and returned the car 10 min later then specified due to traffic. They charged us a complete days rental for 10 min. Its absurd. When we spoke to the company they didn't wanna give any consideration. For the above reasons I would advice all not to use europcar
