Everyone makes mistakes and unfortunately the delivery did. However, damaged items were replaced within 2 working days! Thank you Guys and thanks Swazi from the Little Falls branch and Alicia from Head Office!
I've mailed iWyze 5 times, had 1 response. Basically my policy states update info and you could save. This was provided and at the same time I've asked if my premie can be reviewed. No one communicated, just updated policy received and an increase of R500. How does this work? No human touch... Premie increased twice in a year, no claim and asking for assistance, costing me now more!
I "just received" an online order from Vodacom, but only part of the order. I've attempted to contact several times, every time they put me on hold, so they can speak to RAM and the call gets dropped. If not this, they tell you ton contact RAM themselves, meanwhile the sms states I need to phone 082 1945.
So, I ordered the Trojan Elite Gym 2 from Makro, as they indicated online, that they has stock. 10 days later, still online indication, but cancel my order stating no stock and the product being EOL. Got in touch with Trojan, who advised that they will be delivering stock to both Makro and Game in the next 2 weeks. Anyway, did a Google search and found the next best price from Ringabelcart, who had the item in stock. Made a rush payment and only then, made a decision to Google the company. Couldn't find any reviews and with the site not working properly, started wondering if I made a mistake ordering from the "unknown". However, I received my order on the date expected. Received boxes not in the greatest state, but after setting up the machine, it is expected, as it is not light stuff and not the most rugged boxes it shipped with. This is all related to the supplier (Trojan) and through transport, via the courier company. So all in all, I'm happy and wanted to leave a review, for the next person that might come across Ringabelcart and might be hesitant.

Anyway, on the same day of the cancellation, I re-ordered it from Ringabelcart and received it 10 days later. Makro BS you, thinking customers won't do the extra leg work. Still on their website, they indicating the item in stock, so how many other buyers is experiencing the same frustration and waist in time. So who is wrong, the supplier or the reseller. Did not enjoy my first experience.
We've been trying to get Ignite to update a TXT record, for over a week, resulting in us losing a deal, since we cannot confirm our domain. This is a 5 min job. Updates don't get provided pro-actively and even lacking response, when asking!
I've placed an order on a few items, including a 425l fridge on Friday morning, In the afternoon, I chatted to an online agent, while stating that I'm aware of the 3 - 5 day delivery timeframe, I asked if they can provide an expected delivery date. I was advised it would be no later then the following Friday, which will be the 5 days and the courier company will contact me on the day of delivery to discuss. On Monday, the 1st day, I got home with the fridge sitting in the backyard on the ground! NOBODY flippened called me to discuss and advise of the delivery. Nobody confirmed if an approved person will be at home, to sign for the delivery. I had to get an old man to assist me, in carrying the fridge up to the first floor, else it would've had to stay outside! As an online service, this is unacceptable!!! My first experience with Game online, has been royal BS and would wish nobody to experience this! The fridge externally is in perfect new condition, however x2 inside door trayes are scratched... Not sure how that passed QC!
They provide after service to close an adhoc deal, however, it is only empty promises.
