I log a home insurance claim with Absa almost four weeks their service is absolutely bad they don't give you any feedback, I had to constantly call for feedback their agents promise they will check and call back but that never happens, They sent four different contractors and all four gives a different report on the matter and at the end they say the claim is not valid, my point if Absa is using service providers who doesn't know what they doing don't make it the clients problem where we are paying premiums on time but get no service. I'm quiet sure Absa doesn't know what to do with four of their service providers so it's easier for them to say the clients claim in not valid. Please guys if you want to waste your monthly premiums and your time use Absa home insurance
Very disappointing service from FNB private banking being in the millennium they systems do not record transactions real time and the true date of transaction and then the went to charges clients extras fees thats not on guys. I logged a query with fnb call centre a week back no update no communication no customer service I called in twice already and they still have no feedback for me . I did transactions on my account and thier statements only show the transactions after a week with the incorrect transaction date and then the bank claims there was no was in account and they charged quiet alot in fees that is clear *****ing from a client my transactions dates where a week early and funds out from account immediately after the transaction as we have banking apps to see there's things at anytime yet the bank still claims they are correct
Hi guys if you want cheap unprofessional service please go see this doctor on chatsworth main road .Absolutely rude and the first time I saw a doctor who came out to fight with a patient that brought their 8year kids who wasn't well for medical treatment . This doctor feels she is doing her patients a favor by being at her surgery where patient pay for her unprofessional service , she rushes the consultant and doesn't even listen to the patient. If you want to get more sick visit this doctor .
Hi guys Be very careful about ocean baskets specials R145 the picture looks like you will get value for money but its a lie , took my family to ocean basket galleria for the 1st time , The Worse Experience and food taste ever ! The potions where absolutely small , a few broken chips thrown on the platter a table s**** of rice , half a piece of fish , the lemon butter sauce had no taste . We had called for the manger Raeesa who came and said she can't do nothing and they busy that why the food is severed in that matter , Our waiter himself said he felt bad bring our food to us because of the way it was served and the potions where soo small . This was the first ocean basket branch that was very disappointing as we visit the other branches with no issues and great service .The manager just came to our table for the sake of it .VERY DISAPPOINTING OCEAN BASKET and they was once of our favorite food outlets .
I went into the branch a few days back spent over two and half hours trying to resolve a query , the consultant phoned the call centre opened the query and I was promised feedback in 48 hours.i did get a call from someone in the branch who i explained the query then I get an email that my query is closed but the matter hasn't been resolved fully , no call from anyone one or any update, terrible service delivery Fnb , very DISAPPOINTING
Very difficult bank to deal with , every staff member pushes you to the next or the call centre that you don't get help from , call cuts off , very frustrating and alot of time gets wasted . Everytime I asked for a branch manager there is never one at the branch to help . They are taking clients money for charges and when u query they can't answer. I multiply bank and fnb is the worse to deal with .Over an hour and half getting pushed around in the bank with no service.
Big No Go for Masterparts,I recently bought a fuel pump for a bmw e90 , got it fitted but the fuel gague gives incorrect fuel Reading, When I fuel up instead of the gague moving up it shows no fuel in the car ,very scary and difficult to use . Sent it back to them for a claim they advised the technicians will check the part , this process took over a month and only to come back and say they part is fine my car is the problem, I'm trying to explain to them I bought a new pump from Goldwagen and everything is working fine , I offered to take the car to them so they can do what Ever test they want on the car instead of blaiming the car , not happy with their service and very disappointing they assuming and making statements that are not true also they not responding to me now .
Very DISAPPOINTING SERVICE from game , I bought a bestway pool from game amanzimtoti, I asked the salesmen what will I need to keep the pool clean and all he advised is I will need a BESTWAY pool pump which I bought , two days later with the pool pump being on and me also cleaning the sides and floor of the pool algae build up was too much . I drained the pool went to game pavillion provide them with pictures but they said they can't return it as I was supposed to be advised by the salesmen if any issues to call bestway and they will send someone out but I was not advised and also the lady says they SOLD THOUSANDSOF POOLS no one complained but stores dont relaise a client is an individual why compare to all other clients but my taught thats why Facebookmarkeplace has so many bestway pools n pumps for sale . They booked it in and said they will send it to bestway where they will fill it up and test and will get back to me . The very next day in the morning I get a call and a lady by the name Pearl calls me and says they can't do anything she called bestway this was the same lady who I could tell didn't want to assist by her attitude. So why lie to me and says they will send the pool for testing and get back to me when this was not done . I call game amanzimtoti a few time trying to get hold of the salesmen but no one called back I the called for the manager he says he'll find out from pavillion what's going on but no return call with feedback , I then call Game complaint department and was said 24hrs they will give me feedback, I'm still waiting 4days now no one called yet . There's running around cost the water cost that was wasted . Very DISAPPOINTING and Upsetting
I placed an order with kfc through uber eats , the app advised on delivery time . I messaged the driver and left notes regarding the time for delivery. The delivery guys get to my house and leaves the food outside my driveway gate on the floor where anyone going pass can pick it up or an animal could have easily got it. The drive then sends me a picture of my food on the floor I go outside no food by the gate. It is quiet shocking how uber eats operator or if they even train their drivers because it's unacceptable to leave an order outside on the road terrible service I was quiet shocked being a food industry that delivers your food to the roadside and takes ur money
Absolutely disappointing service with Management of Vodacom . From December 2023 they are still resolving my query with no error on my side vodacom lacks service and need serious attention. Guys I advise please don't choose them as a service provider ,you will get the wrong deal incorrect premium and alot of promises and lies . It's quiet shocking that such a big company gives service like this to a client that has been loyal for close to 20years. I've been spending so much of time with call centre's and managers and agent all 'calls are recorded ' I even dealt with vodacom's Hello Peter's team still no help .Most frustrating network provider.
